Friendly & not dear. After being charged a fortune at my regular garage, someone recommend Spilsby Garage to me. I was pleasantly surprised at the price I was quoted which was less than what I recently paid out at the other place, yet I'm having twice the number of parts replaced. They're always busy (which is a good thing) so don't always expect to get booked in immediately. Well worth the wait.

Ok so I have been using this garage for years and cannot praise them highly enough. Customer service is absolutely second to none. Knowledge of all car types is second to none, based on experience not theory. Under the ever watchful eye of the owner Jon you won't find them guessing at a problem and hoping for the best. If it isn't sorted properly then it won't leave the garage. They will always give you an up front appraisal of your car and will always treat you fairly. They live by their reputation and will never do anything to damage it. You can ask anyone who uses them and you will only get positive responses. They are generally busy but will always make time to discuss your requirements and if you are able to wait for a booked in repair then it will be worth it as there is nothing worse than a bad garage experience. Don't feel nervous if you don't know the first thing about cars because they exist only to offer a great, friendly service and the first time you meet Ellie at reception you will understand what I mean. If you do know cars and you are trusting them with your cherished motor then you will also soon realise you are in safe hands.

I broke down just on the main road near the garage. They did an amazing job and got me all sorted. Can't fault the service and friendliness of the staff and receptionist. I will definitely be using them from now on.

Absolutely fantastic service and i cant thank you enough ! My cars spring broke on late sunday evening while driving. The owner came out and let me drive my car into their yard so it was secure may i add this was Outside working hours. Extremely helpful and simply outstanding costumer service. Not even 24 hrs later i received a call to collect my fixed vehicle. 👍 thank you 😊

Cannot recommend this garage highly enough . For many years now they have done various work on my elderly 4x4. This last MOT was almost a death sentence,but no, they saved my little old car . Thank you guys, all of you.

Excellent service. We where on holiday when my car needed some urgent mechanical work allowing us to l ave the following day, the team fitted me in at late notice and had the job completed the same day peice was extremely good value also. Couldn't recommend them enough for saving our skin.

I phoned Malcom Padley and sons garage due to finding a screw in my front tyre, they ordered a new tyre to the garage, upon inspection the actual screw must had come out and the original tyre was not loosing any air pressure, with the gentlemen honest and advice they didn’t need to change the tyre as there was no need to. I highly recommend, because the garage could had just put the new tyre on, but have saved me some money. Thanks guys. 5*

We woke up to a flat tyre when we needed to head back to Manchester. The guys were lovely, dropped what they were doing to remove the screw and fix our tyre. We were good to go in 10 minutes AND they checked the air in the other tyres to make sure we were ok for the journey. Really improved our morning that's for sure! Thank you so much!

I arrived at Tattershall lakes and realized i had a flat tire. Went here to get it sorted and couldn’t of had a nicer experience. The gentleman checked my tire, checked the valve and pumped it back up. He offer to re check it if needed before we went home. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

Family took my car on holiday to Tattershall Lakes and my engine light came on. I rang the garage, the chap kindly spent time reasoning through possible problems and squeezed in an appointment that week for a formal diagnosis. A superb business.

I went in for a new tyre, which was really affordable and the lady on the phone talking me through it was really reassuring. I've always been anxious going to garages alone but from the moment I pulled up, they were all so friendly here. I also mentioned some issues my partner is having with his car and they knew exactly what I was referring to straight away - very knowledgeable. I've found my new garage :)

Refreshing to see a car garage that's honest, fair and not trying to do you out of a couple of quid. Had a part fitted, that turned out to be faulty, so had to be re-fitted. I was only charged labour the once, when they could of charged me again as it wasnt their fault. Good banter, friendly and explained things so I could understand 5/5

Had an absolute mare today when the fuse that runs my windscreen wipers decided to blow. I have a 200 mile drive and it’s throwing it down! We phoned around and F T Auto Repairs Lincoln invited me down after explaining the urgency of my situation. Fletch attended to us immediately. He was so lovely. High spirited and friendly. He really helped cheer my mood up after the stress of my car breaking, worried I wouldn’t be able to attend my commitment. The job took him about 5 minutes to replace the fuse and my wipers were working again. He was humble enough to offer the fix free of charge due to it only taking a few minutes to fix, not that I was going to accept it… Additionally, a shout out to Si who brought the rain down with his terrible singing. Excellent services right from our first visit after travelling 90 miles to the garage to view a car , very friendly and made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived , after test driving and discussing what we wanted Adam was accommodating in agreeing to what we needed done in order to agree a sale. On return to collect the car 3 weeks later car was immaculate and again we were made very welcome, excellent customer service well worth the long trip for the right car and customer service experience. Ended up with a screw in the tyre the day we were due to drive back from our holiday, stopped at Cooley's and asked if they could have a look. They replaced the tyre at an excellent price and we were on the road very quickly. Great service.

Just had my SEAT Ibiza in for an MOT and full service. I found all of the staff to be highly professional and I was kept informed throughout despite them being a very popular and busy garage. I was really appreciative of the fact they managed to complete some unforseen work which involved a coil spring replace among other things and despite this being typically quite a long task I was able to drive my car away the next day (only delayed by a wait on parts). I also thought the pricing was excellent and I am very happy with the work carried out. I'll be definitely returning next year for my MOT/ Service and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good reliable garage in the area.
