Within two minutes of posting the job, Carl replied and was at our house within the hour. The lock was repaired immediately and he ordered new door handles. They arrived on Sunday, he came round and fitted them straightaway. Great communication and top class service with a smile. I'd give six stars if I could.

Great service provided by Cal when we needed a locksmith in an emergency for my elderly mother. Communication was very prompt and reliable and Cal was very professional in the service he provided. Great service from initial phone to the end product! Used this company for the first time today. Marcus took my call was friendly and made sure I got the date and time I asked for. Arrived before time which was great for me and was respectful of our home wearing shoe covers. Explained in full how he is going to clean the sofa, got on with it and has done a brilliant job!! Malcolm did a fantastic job of cleaning a large corner sofa that was severely and heavily stained. Superb service, great price, complete profesional and very experienced. I have to say completely exceeded my expectations of how well the sofa came up, looks new again! No evidence of previous stains. It was easy to make the appointment, explained the process before starting the work and spoke about after care when finished. There were no hidden cost, and was able to make a super easy card payment when everything was done. I would highly recommend them and I am absolutely getting the profesional cleaning co back to do the carpets next.

Marcus was really quick at responding to my enquiry and then any further questions. He did a great job with my carpets. I have recently moved in and wanted the carpets deep cleaned. Marcus arrived early and talked me through the whole process - really nice guy and really professional. The carpets look brand new - I couldn’t believe it. It has saved us having to lay new carpet! There were even a few stains that Marcus managed to get out too. Great find and would highly recommend Marcus!

Moved to Coningsby just over 2 year's ago and was recommended this hairdressers by my neighbour, safe to say I love it and don't go anywhere else, Sophie is my hairdresser and I love going to my appointments. Such friendly ladies always feel welcoming and enjoy my chats and hot chocolates. Love my hair colours and I've had a few now, even bleaching for the first time. I could not rate The Cutting Cupboard more highly. Everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful. Sophie was absolutely amazing. Every step of the way she consulted me to make sure I got the cut I wanted, all the while making sure I was ok, as I'm currently struggling with my mental health. Absolutely fantastic service from Roman! After losing both my keys, I was hitting dead ends with multiple companies—especially since my car is an older SsangYong. Just when I was about to give up, I found Roman’s company, and I’m so glad I did! He was out to me the very next day and worked tirelessly to cut and program two new keys, even with the challenges of my vehicle; honestly, I wouldn’t have blamed him for giving up on it, but he stuck with it and got the job done. On top of that, my battery had gone flat from sitting for a week and he jump-started it to get me back on the road. All that, and still half the price of just one key from the dealer! Friendly, professional, and genuinely goes the extra mile—highly recommend!

Absolute legend, cannot recommend enough. Bought my car from a dealer and it only came with one key. Was quoted £250 elsewhere to have a spare made, then I lost my only key last week. We Visited this lovely little shop whilst we were on holiday in a lovely lodge, obviously wanted some wood did it know the area at all, the gentleman that was at the counter was instantly welcoming and made us feel quite happy to be in a new area. He found the items we needed and directed to somewhere we could get what he didn’t have. Fab reception

This is what I would refer to as a proper hardware store. It is a family run business, staff are friendly and very knowledgeable, they will give you advice about the best things to do the job, but they don't try to sell you things that you don't need. They have an impressive range of stock at competitive prices, which they can also deliver if required. My wife has said that she feels comfortable going there to get things to do, unlike some other places she has been. Update, we have now been using Goodwins for over a year and they are our 1st choice of places to go when we need anything for our DIY projects.

I installed a summerhouse in my garden this year and wanted power in there and lighting. Pro-Electrical gave a very reasonable quote for the work required and supplied and fitted all that was necessary at quite short notice so everything was finished before Xmas. We had our locks changed on 3 doors within our property, we have been given a highly professional service from Colin & Ana. There knowledge help us decide on what’s the best choice for our doors locks. The ease of booking with them and how easy it was to take payment via their card machine was a great help. I have used Colin and Ana for a number of years both personally and through the business. Their service is second to none, are always available at the end of the phone and consistently deliver a quality product. We used Steve to change the locks on our last two house moves, he is professional, thorough, responds quickly and arrives on-time. He took care to get the right colour products that would match our existing door furniture (which were not standard) and when asked, he gave us great recommendations for some additional locks to increase our security. Overall, he did a great job for us (twice!) and we highly recommend.

Steve assessed my door lock and decided that a repair would fix the problem, rather than going through the more costly option of replacing the lock.
