Really great service from Matson's. Chris was quick to respond to my enquiry with a good value quote and the job was completed within a few days. The electrician who attended was punctual, tidy and courteous. Excellent overall experience and would highly recommend.

Installed an EV charger away from house that involved crossing a gravel drive and wasn’t a charger they normally install (Wallbox). Installation was on day agreed and only 1-2 weeks from confirming, did an extremely polite and efficient job (I was WFH and only aware of them when I went outside) and left minimal mess to the point we had trouble working out where they’d dug up the drive. Price was comparable to companies quoting for a more straightforward job ie installation close to mains box.

Had a consumer unit replaced. Great service from start to finish. The electrician was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. The unit replaced was great quality and cleanly done. Would recommend.

I posted a job online to request support to have my home car charging point moved from one address to another. Chris was timely in reaching out and spent time discussing the job with myself to ensure that it could be done efficiently and smoothly. Communication was always great and clear. Service on the day was seamless which was really helpful as moving home is stressful as it is. Pricing was very reasonable and the quote was clear from the offset with no hidden charges. The charging point has been fitted To my exterior wall and it’s like it has always been there - very neat job and you can tell that all materials used are great quality. Definitely 5 stars....Just bought a washing machine and was unsure about what size I needed in my new house. So Alice arranged for someone to come the next day to measure up and check plumbing etc. They then fed back to Alice who recommended ones that would fit. I ordered that day and they fitted it within a couple of days. The fitter was lovely and gave me a brief demo which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend great customer service and I was able to buy local and will definitely use again.

Brilliant. Needed an electrician at short notice to come and disconnect an oven for flooring to be lifted up, rescreeded, then to reconnect oven again afterwards. S B Barker were really helpful on the phone and the electrician, Nathan, came out on time and did the job quickly. He was friendly and professional. When I needed to change the day for him to come back as the floor wasn't ready it was no problem and he also fitted an outside light at a really reasonable price. Will definitely use S B Barker again!

I have dealt with Karl Tutty for many years now during which time he has rewired several properties for me. Two of his employees, Richard and Matt, have been here today and moved sockets, blanked ones off, moved an outside light, installed a new one and put in a new tv aerial socket. No mess and no fuss! Karl has also put in solar panels at one of my properties. Have not had bill yet, for today, but know it will be reasonable. I have a brilliant electrician and a brilliant plumber but can anyone recommend a decent builder?

Sorted out an electrical connection problem with my solar panels and gave them a clean. Now working again. Friendly and helpful.
