I hadn’t expected to see Aziz again so soon after he came on an emergency call out a few weeks ago, but yesterday I drilled through a cable in my wall while putting up shelves. On a Sunday. Actually I could have wept. I called Aziz/Al Amin electrical services and he was able to come out, and with the minimum of fussy, cut out the section of the wall with th cable, repaired it, and I have just filled it with some Big Hole filler from screwfix!! I was so so grateful for his yet again excellent service, and I highly recommend him. As before, he was calm, knowledgable, and explained everything well. Unlike other electricians I have used before, he was not phased by having to go into a wall or whatever. I highly recommend him, and as u mentioned in my last review, he is also NICEIC registered, which is the best registration service for electricians in the U.K. and it just gives me extra confidence. Aziz is very friendly. He showed us how things work when we didn't know how to start them. He replaced two heaters in the apartment and I am very happy with the work he's done. Would recommend him to family and friends.

Aziz was the most experienced technician who visited my house to give me a quote to replace the fuse box and install an RCBO unit along with a cooker switch. He was the only one who noticed my house did not have water or gas electric bonding and explained the risks of not having that. While the job ended being a little bigger than the other quotes, it seemed to me other electricians were offering a lower service job and not really taking into account the whole electric system of the house, given that the works involved something so central as the fuse box . Aziz was also the only one to offered an electric certificate for the house, having tested it throughout. As for the price, his quote was around the same price as the other electricians that visited the house.

I've had two service appointments with these electricians and would highly recommend! They're easy to communicate with, arrive on schedule, polite and courteous when in my home. In addition, they repaired my bathroom fan and it is now working well.

A top level service from start to finish. Scarlett was super helpful in getting the quotes arranged and works booked in. The electrician, Luke, was highly professional and skilled at then undertaking the works over a few days (fuse board and rewire). Luke was very friendly and was always more than happy to talk through the various options and best approach during the works - with the works being undertaken to a very high quality. Would definitely recommend.

I recently had David come over to help with some plumbing issues, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He replaced our showers and checked the hot water cylinder, sorting out everything quickly and efficiently. David was not only thorough in his work but also very friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience stress-free. Amazing service, absolutely knowledgeable and very trustworthy. Things we normally wouldn't say about many traders in London, but Mizan has been brilliant. Embarrassingly, I managed to short out our entire mains during a DIY project that went wrong. On a public holiday. Late in the afternoon. Yeah, I wasn't proud of myself, thankfully the wife was out. But called up Ideal and Mizan was professional and sympathetic, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and explained to me what went wrong. As part of a safety test he also discovered some deeper faults in some other electrical work that I'd hired some cowboys to fix in my kid's recently renovated bedroom. Again, he diagnosed, patiently explained and fixed the problem with a professionalism that is rare these days. Above and beyond the call of duty as it was getting late. And he fixed it all before the wife returned so I could pretend things weren't as bad as they actually were! I'd call Ideal again in a flash for my electrical needs, I was super impressed!

Satisfied customer. Lounge refurb. Lights, switches,sockets. Wiring, chasing in. Walls already very bad so patresses were sometimes less than completely horizontal. Morrocan sourced pendants needed reworking. Abdul did it all. Came back at short notice to fix one pendant and eventually sourced to a faulty bulb. Reasonably priced and went the extra.

Fantastic service - courteous and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did they arrive within 1 hour to central London but demonstrated their vast experience and found the fault straight away. Amazing quality of work and incredibly professional service. The best service and outcome we have ever had from someone in the building and electrical trade. The help and advice given with such patience was so reassuring and even the other trades men from different industries have commented on the exemplary quality and workmanship, especially the fact that the wiring and fixings are set out so logically and outlets, fuse boxes labeled that others who need to do work later on for what ever reason can easily understand where the wires are and what has been done before. We have used Imran for so many years for almost 4 complete renovations, rewiring and extensive new builds including new fuse boxes, switches, installation and more. The first visit was from David and he got part of the lighting working for us within two hours; however, due to time constraints a return visit was planned for 8am the following day. The second visit was by Marlowe and he spent 4 hours fault finding and rectifying the issues. Marlowe was very thorough and got the lighting working properly for the first time since we moved in 7 years ago. Richard is good at his job. He’s knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy. His pricing was transparent, itemising parts and labour. Overall great value for money. Highly recommended for all general household electrical work. - Replaced 22 halogen downlights with LEDs. - Replaced light switches with dimmers. - Replaced faulty Spur sockets for wall heaters. - Installed a number of double sockets. Richard has now done a number of jobs in my flat and I couldn't be happier with his work, particularly given the challenges he has faced each time courtesy of the cowboys would originally converted my flat in the 1980s. He has even saved me money by convincing me the expensive fancy spotlights I wanted to use in my bathroom wouldn't be good value as you would never see them (and they also weren't fire rated or waterproof. We had AM.PS for the installation of storage heaters. They did a great job. Before giving the quote they came over and saw the place, they took measures and assessed every detail. They offered alternatives initially in case I was interested. Their quote was detailed including every individual piece of work. They were very professional at their work. Peter and the whole team are fantastic - they rewired our whole house as part of a major renovation and we're extremely accommodating in their approach, flexible around other trades and a joy to work alongside when I was doing DIY.
