Richard was amazing from start to finish. He was great talking me through the whole process, adding in advice and feedback at key stages. There was a supply issue my side for part of the job which impacted his side, and he was super patient and communicative throughout. I have already recommended him to friends and my local WhatsApp groups. He's has all the qualities you want from an electrician, plus is a super nice guy and did the jobs in really quick time with no fuss. Almost can't wait to need an electrician again! Richard has now done a number of jobs in my flat and I couldn't be happier with his work, particularly given the challenges he has faced each time courtesy of the cowboys would originally converted my flat in the 1980s. He has even saved me money by convincing me the expensive fancy spotlights I wanted to use in my bathroom wouldn't be good value as you would never see them (and they also weren't fire rated or waterproof. Gah!). The photos are of a under-shelf LED light he recently installed in my bathroom; the finish is very neat and precise and the results look great. I am very pleased to have found a local electrician who is reliable and who I trust completely for both his professionalism and his judgement.

A top level service from start to finish. Scarlett was super helpful in getting the quotes arranged and works booked in. The electrician, Luke, was highly professional and skilled at then undertaking the works over a few days (fuse board and rewire). Luke was very friendly and was always more than happy to talk through the various options and best approach during the works - with the works being undertaken to a very high quality. Would definitely recommend.

We have used Switched On since we moved into the area 2 years ago and they have always been so helpful with all our plumbing and electrical needs. Luke the electrician is the best and we always ask for him as he is so efficient, honest and friendly. We trust him completely and have never had any issues with the many visits he has done to our home. My only small critique is having to always pay for the hour of work when you might only need 1 or 2 things doing, so we tend to wait until we have more jobs so we can utilise the entire hour. Nonetheless, the work is always done to a great standard. Thank you team!

I recently had David come over to help with some plumbing issues, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He replaced our showers and checked the hot water cylinder, sorting out everything quickly and efficiently. We had AM.PS for the installation of storage heaters. They did a great job. Before giving the quote they came over and saw the place, they took measures and assessed every detail. They offered alternatives initially in case I was interested. Their quote was detailed including every individual piece of work. They were very professional at their work. Job finished in time and with no extra costs. I definitely recommend them.
