Steve professionally upgraded my halogen infrastructure to an LED one with minimal fuss. Replaced some obsolete switches too. Additionally troubleshooted several other electrical issues. All options are considered and alternatives discussed. Can thoroughly recommend and will use again.

Steve replaced the broken 20-year-old MEV unit in the flat we just moved in with another model. He was very punctual when showing up to the appointment, did an excellent job with the installation, and troubleshooted several issues that came up, communicating with me in the process. Really pleased with the service from Steve! We had a new oven to fit which needed a new and a handful of other small jobs. Steve was very communicative to book in the job, with super quick responses to my emails. He arrived on time and worked quickly, checking with me when he needed to and talking me through what he was doing. He finished the job to a high standard, tidying up after himself and working round our cleaner who we forgot was coming! And top it off, very reasonably priced. We'll definitely be looking for Steve to come back for further electrical work when we need to do it!

We are out of words to praise Emmanuel. we called him in an emergency as none of the sockets was working and RCD was tripping over constantly. Emmanuel picked up the call promptly and the first thing he did was calm things down and explained that he is stuck in a traffic jam hence can't come sooner, however, he offered on-call support, helped us troubleshoot the issue and got it fixed that too free of cost. He is very professional and highly competitive. we couldn't resist requesting him to come and provide us with a quotation for our garage extension work. Highly recommended!

Emmanuel is the ultimate professional. After two days without electricity and having three other electricians work on the problem, Emmanuel was understanding and courteous, and he went above and beyond to find a solution and staying committed on a Friday night to resolve my electricity issue. He’s a model of top customer service and I’m sure a valuable employee to his company!

I rang Emmanuel at 11pm at night, stressed out and panicking as all the lights in the kitchen and all the sockets in every bedroom has stopped working. He answered the call politely and assured me he will be there within an hour to come take look and not to worry. Very happy with Perry's flexibility and work. He came in after working hours and applied a competitive rate. We had lights to be removed and replaced, cords to be shortened, damaged dimmers and messed up switches. He was diligent, efficient and detailed. Despite our many basic questions, he was happy to answer while doing the work. Highly recommended.

I dealt with Perry from EC Electrical and the experience was better than I expected because he came for one job and noticed that my bulb holders were all mixed up and he could have easily just used bulbs from stock to complete the job in an hour. However, he advised that it would be better and cheaper for future replacement to have all the holders the same and did not hesitate going back to the shops to get the right material and return to my place to sort it out and I ended up with 23 identical lights that are also dimmable. In addition, when I asked him for some advice; he spoke about the various options with the passion of somebody who had just started in his trade when he has been doing this for a while. All in all, I would recommend EC Electrical if you want a company that is about quality above everything else.

Responsive, punctual and polite, Perry did a great job helpfully and efficiently installing three pendant lights for us. Fairly priced too, he was a pleasure to have in our house. We’d definitely recommend and he’ll be our go-to electrician from now on.

We have been really impressed with Artur’s work. He has been professional in his manner, helpful with ideas and finished the work on time. Artur rewired the whole house and replaced the consumer unit during our refurb which included the basement, ground floor, first floor, loft rooms and outside lighting. I would highly recommend him.

Our cooker extractor fan had packed up and Art Electrics went out of their way to get to the bottom of the cause, replace the parts and get it up and running again. It wasn’t a straightforward job given the age of the parts! Will definitely use them again.

I called Artur to come and fix bathroom lighting and replace an old extractor. He was prompt and very courteous. The job was done to a great standard..however he had to return as I had bought the wrong extractor which didn’t include timer..he was very communicative about when he was able to come back and finish the job. Price was fair, and I’d have no hesitation about calling him again.

I used Altrics based on a recommendation, they rewired my whole house including outdoor lighting and did a perfect job. On time, a delight to deal with and kept me up to date throughout the whole project. They especially did an amazing job on my various LED light requests. Every single socket is level and always left the house tidy at the end of the day which my wife loved the most!! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anybody else.
