Amazing! Flo was so helpful from the start. Unlike other locksmiths who had contacted me to tell me the change/fee for a call out visit to look at the job (before even quoting for the job), Flo was asking about details of the issue to see what could be done and if it was something I could fix myself. Once we had established that it would be tricky for me to do it he offered a number of different options/resolutions. I know nothing about locks other than my front door latch was getting tricky to get my key into and the chub was a little tough to turn. I called Legends and within hours I was opening the door to Simon, their sole specialist and I guess you could say the Legend himself. He assessed the situation, gave me a few viable options and then proceeded there and then to replace my cylinder (saving a fortune on the whole thing being replaced) and then threw in a quick grease up of my chub for free. BTW, my cylinder came with 5 keys but I think I was lucky with what Simon had available in that instance. When I came in last night, from being out, I almost had to double check I was at the right house considering how easy the locks were to operate. Excellent service, very friendly and trustworthy. Would highly recommend him.

I initially called Legend Locksmiths to help adjust my front composite door, which was troubling us for some time. Simon was a gentleman, very polite, on time and very respectful. He took his time completing the work with due care and caution. His prices were also very reasonable compared to other quotations. I was so happy with Simon's work that he also replaced a separate upvc condensed window and lock. He regularly kept me up to date on the status of parts from suppliers. Simon was an absolute 'legend' just like the company name. 100% would recommend Simon and use him again.

Called Simon as our patio doors were no longer opening - Simon came round within the hour, surveyed the situation and then due to not having the necessary part in stock, ordered the item that evening (after having checked with me on the cost). He was back within a couple of days taking considerable care not to damage our timber patio doors and managed to get the doors open and the new gear box installed (no easy feat considering that scaffold restricted the doors from fully opening) He is an extremely courteous man and takes great care in what he does. He is also very reasonably priced compared to others in this market!

I was waiting for someone to change the door handle. I found emergency locksmith number and called them in the morning. I gave brief description and pictures of the door handle. It was easy communication through out the whole process. I've been given the time slot on the same day which I was very happy. Josh came around 1:30 and job was done within 30 mins. He changed the handle then done some maintenance to the lock. Josh is polite and absolutely wonderful with his job. Definitely recommended.

Honestly one of the best tradespeople I have worked with. I called Claude on a Saturday afternoon and he told me he had time to pop round in 15 minutes! Upon arrival, he fixed my door lock immediately, had all the parts with him, gave sensible advice regarding which lock would be best and worked quickly and efficiently. Very impressed.

Call into Barnet to purchase a new lock for our UPC front door. Unfortunately they had order one in. The lock was delivered to the shop the next morning. Great friend and professional service. The lad in the shop advised me how to put it back together as the whole mechanism needed to be removed to change the lock over. The do emergency lock repairs for anyone locked out or unable to do DIY.

When we visited our newly purchased home yesterday evening, we were horrified to discover that there were serious problems with the door locks. We phoned in the morning and we had an appointment a few hours later. Tom could not have been more helpful. Not only did he get the locks to work again but he also helped us identify the keys.

Called out as multi-point locking system wasn't allowing the lock barrel to lock. Tom came out next day, exactly when they said he would, and fixed it with no fuss, and generally did a once over of the whole locking system, tidying it up properly. Can't recommend highly enough.

ASL security locks limited are the best. They took care of my order so quick and efficiently. I recommend them 100% !!!

I had a break in two weeks ago. They broke the front door to get in. The frame and the door was badly damaged. I called ASL 24/7 Emergency Locksmith. They send someone to replace the front door. They arrived on time on a Saturday. The frame was badly damaged. They replaced the door and repaired the frame. Their price was nearly £1000 cheaper than another company. I am happy with the door. They gave me two extra keys for free as well. Thank you and I recommend this company.

After an attempted break-in which badly damaged my front door, I feel I was very fortunate to find ASL (by googling). They very quickly replaced the door with a much stronger one with all required locks, hinge bolts etc and at a price that the insurer’s loss adjusters found to be reasonable. They were very friendly and helpful, as I had absolutely no experience of dealing with a damaged front door. Really appreciated!

I recently had Antony to fix the windows in my bathroom and bedroom, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about his work.
