My Key Locksmiths provided excellent service when I needed a lock repair. The technician was skilled and did a great job.

Came in 20 minutes, didn’t call when they were 5 minutes away like they said but they were very efficient upon arrival.

True local 5 star service. The on-site visit for a non-emergency lock repair arranged within a few hours, provided reasonable estimate and did exactly the required amount of work. There was no pressure to upgrade or change the locks. On the second occasion, two years later, exactly the same great experience: another faulty lock that turned out to be more complicated to fix, required more work and different spare parts, but it was a breeze.

Had a broken lock to the Upvc toilet window and AL came on the Friday, part was ordered-delivered and installed on the Tuesday. Excellent communicator over the phone and has given us good advice on future care and adjusting ourselves. Pricing could have been a little clearer but nothing that would stop us recommending and or using again. Now our local goto locksmith!

I had an emergency situation tonight with tenants locked in a flat. Acton Locksmiths despite being short staffed today, mobilised straight away , went round, released the tenants and fixed the lock. Very impressed. Will use again .

Fantastic experience with Mihai at SMS Locksmith. Rang at 5.50pm to book in to get my locks replaced, as a non urgent call out, they said they would be with me within 30 mins if that worked for me. I said great, new locks for £169. Very impressed. Mihai explained the process and the price before the work started, quote felt very reasonable. Happy customer!

Livesaver! We got locked outside our house with a key stuck in the lock inside. We first called a different company that almost immediately recommended changing the lock. Luckily I had spoken to Two Brother Locksmiths who confidently confirmed that they could do it without needing to change the lock. Geoff arrived within 15 minster after my call and put his soul into helping me. We were both so pleased that after his hard work he was indeed able to open the door with no drilling or changing of lock. I could not be happier and he was actually the nicest person. Thankfully, I came across Johnny the locksmith, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the moment I called, Johnny was polite, professional, and understanding. He reassured me that he could get to me quickly, and true to his word, he arrived in no time at all. I was expecting to be standing outside for ages, but he was there before I knew it. Our Skoda locked itself with our keys (&dog) inside! Apparently a glitch with our model but he was able to come out within 40mins and got us inside within 5 mins. All on a Saturday evening. Very appreciative of his quick, no-fuss response. Would definitely recommend! Thanks again.
