We run an accessible running club and the container that we keep all our running bikes in wouldn’t open this morning. Steve came out really quickly and fixed the lock so the kids could use the bikes and didn’t miss their session. Amazing service, quick and friendly. Would highly recommend. we got a recommendation for Steve and Kirsty through the local Facebook group. Called him Sunday morning where he gave a great price ( much better value than the other quote I got) and next day came and fixed it. Great service and would highly recommend!

Can't thank the key engineer enough. Very polite, turned up on time. Vtech Civic (a very old one). Saved my hassles by creating a new key fob and key. Made a new key in extremely reasonable time. Very mobile and came to the house. Good value for money. Thank you for your service. Definitely recommend to use them rather than chasing completely the wrong technicians to save 20 or 30 pounds

My issue was a Iosted key for a heavy duty steering wheel locker, the man had to remove the locker for me to be able to drive the car! Very good job! Highly recommended! Forgotten to mention that I have called them on Sunday early in the morning 7:45 and 9:00 the man was there already! 24 hrs which is really good 👍

They were fabulous! I messaged and arranged for them to come the next day with the price being transparent throughout which is always appreciated. They also were happy to help with an additional spare key that needed to be fixed which was great so I didn’t have to purchase 2 complete new ones. The guy who came same day diagnoses a problem the AA and a garage couldn’t solve (ignition switch and key issue). He worked on it quickly and explained this issue well. Was honest about the other issues I might face with the car going forward. Price was good. Really recommend.

Went to take the trash out, BOOM door slams shut without my keys. Got locked out at late at night but thankfully had my phone called up and they were over in 15-20 minutes and managed to open my door without breaking/replacing the lock! Absolutely brilliant service. My daughter was locked in her bedroom for four hours. I finally gave up trying to open door and called this company - they arrived in 20 mins and she was out in less than 10 minutes. Very warm and friendly, no damage to door and excellent price. David came round today to fix the uPVC window handle. It was a very old window (not opened in over 10 years) and not the easiest of jobs. Bearing in mind it was a tricky job, he did an excellent job and works perfectly fine and at a reasonable cost. David was also super punctual and called to tell him he coming. Also a very nice chap.
