From the initial call to Henry, who put my mind to rest with accurate quote and fast availability of mobile engineers, Teo called me ahead of time and met me within the quoted time. Obviously a very experienced guy who had me back on the road within an hour or arrival. Can't thank the key engineer enough. Very polite, turned up on time. Vtech Civic (a very old one). Saved my hassles by creating a new key fob and key. Made a new key in extremely reasonable time. Excellent service from Marquis Auto Locksmiths. I bought a Honda Jazz recently that only came with 1 key. He made a replacement for the key, right outside my home within an hour. Great price, way cheaper than direct from Honda and peace of mind for me having a spare. He's a lovely guy, totally trust worthy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. 10/10.

Excellent and quick service! Despite needing assistance on the evening of New Years Day, a locksmith was with me in 30minutes. I phoned up to explain the issue, and a plan of action was discussed (quoted prices included), then the locksmith came to carry out the plan we’d agreed. Friendly and knowledgeable guy who helped me retrieve my keys. Good price, especially as it was a bank holiday! Can’t recommend this company enough.

Dan was great, very responsive and really knowledgeable. When I explained my situation, he didn’t come out with silly prices just because he could, instead he suggested a very reasonable solution rather than just say we need to replace the whole thing that would cost an arm and a leg like I got from some others. Really good to work with, I would recommend.

Really impressed by Jim. He came round to identify the problem (knackered ignition barrel) on my old car with parts therefore obviously harder to come by. 24 hours later he had sourced a part and driven to collect it and had fixed the issue for me. i was locked out my car 10pm in a petrol station. Called city auto locksmith london and he came immediately, within 30 minutes he was with me and working on accessing the car…. No damage at all and even cut a 2nd key on the spot….. absolutely brilliant service start to finish. We run an accessible running club and the container that we keep all our running bikes in wouldn’t open this morning. Absolutely brilliant service. My daughter was locked in her bedroom for four hours. I finally gave up trying to open door and called this company - they arrived in 20 mins and she was out in less than 10 minutes. Very warm and friendly, no damage to door and excellent price. I honestly could not recommend enough.

Went to take the trash out, BOOM door slams shut without my keys. Got locked out at late at night but thankfully had my phone called up and they were over in 15-20 minutes and managed to open my door without breaking/replacing the lock!
