I definitely Highly recommend. Originally I called for help asking if it was possible to get keys cut for a security door in Egypt I was asked to send over a picture shortly after I was given a quote which actually was expensive I was only going to get one key cut and not do the other key for another door. Once I got there I was told it will take an hour and I paid the price for two separate keys I had nothing to lose apart from the scary thought it won’t work but once again they gave me confidence and told me exactly what to do and reassured me if it didn’t work a small adjustment will be made and then the next time it should work. I left them my details. An hour later I came back and was given the keys once again they all gave me instructions to follow. Update in both keys they worked perfectly. Very happy with the service. Yes the keys were expensive but cheaper than replacing the door. (No need, keys worked)

Excellent place I shopped around about 4 places trying to get a fob made these guys were the only company that were able to copy the fob for my new apartment block. I think they have a special machine. I imagine they can copy virtually any key

Highly recommend going here for all door/lock supplies as they’re extremely well stocked. Had an issue with the front door earlier this week. The lovely staff had to put up with seeing my face 4 times in one day as I had to keep going back until I got it right. They were super helpful and I managed to fix the issue thanks to them.

the fob for my parking area would not work, so i went to Khan’s. Staff super helpful and advised that cloning would not work if my original wouldn’t. i borrowed a neighbours fob and the cloning was done from that in 2-3 minutes. They advised me in advance that it might not work because of the type of fob, they said i’d get a partial refund if it didn’t. Thankfully it did. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism, politeness, honesty and value for money..

Iliyan was absolutely brilliant he came and assessed the door lock which had an issue with the gear box. It was not working and he immediately ordered another one for us for delivery. He came back the to install and work on our front door in couple days. He did an amazing job very quickly and efficiently, cleaned the mechanics and got it working better than before. Superb and speedy service. The lock installed was a British Standard kite mark and came with 5 keys and a Warranty on all hardware parts. The all inclusive price I was quoted was the price I paid on the day for the job. Other quotes I received had a separate call out charge and upon visit you would be provided with the cost for the lock plus VAT. There was an easy payment method and an instant receipt provided. Overall a professional and friendly service from start to finish and a very satisfied customer.

The lock on my back door wasn't working and i was leaving the country in two days. I was in a bit of a panic. I sent the firm photos of the doors, locks and hinges. They came round within 2 hours. It took them 45 minutes to repair and it is working better than ever. The guy doing the work was five star pleasant. Only drawback is that it was a little pricey but I did know that in advance

I have had two brilliant experiences with this business. Once when we were victims of a burglary and they came quickly to fix our door and add a new lock. Amazing and so understanding and also very reassuring after what was such a scary experience. Secondly, Rob just helped me over the phone- for free- to fix my window which wasn’t closing. I really can't recommend these guys enough. I called on the Thursday afternoon needing the locks changed on my new house and was booked in immediately for the Friday lunchtime. Rob arrived exactly on time, did a great job and was so friendly and helpful. He also gave me loads of tips on home security which were much appreciated. Spent several hours on a Monday morning looking for my car keys to no avail. Couldn’t risk not getting to work again so contacted auto locksmith. Got in touch very quickly, arrived within 45mins as stated and managed to produce a replacement car key in about the same time. Life is now back on track as a result of a quick service.
