Highly recommend Shane called him out as I could not open UPV window. Thought I needed new lock. He came out and said I don’t need a new one it was just a stiff handle. Very honest man as he could have changed the handle and charged me. Will certainly recommend his company.

Excellent service and very knowledable! I needed a mortice lock changed on a timber front door. Shane was very easy to make contact with. I contacted him over WhatsApp and he responded within minutes. I told him what my needs were and he explained what the best option was. His price was reasonable and he was available almost immediately at a time that suited me. He came on time, carried out the work professionally and tidied up after the work was completed leaving it looking considerably better than the previous lock had likely ever looked!. He then took the time to explain to me how the lock worked, demonstrated it to me and made sure I knew how to use it. Throughout the process Shane was very polite and courteous. It was clear from the start that Shane knows what he's talking about and has years of experience. It's very hard to find tradesman that work to these standards so I'd have no hesitations in recommending him.

Fantastic service from start to finish. My remote key completely stopped working and was dreading the thought of going to the main dealer, but after a little search I found MSC. I called to explain the situation and arranged come out the next day. My daughter losing her keys and getting locked out of her car is the worst, but Matt came to the rescue and turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. From the first phone call, he was friendly, professional, and upfront about pricing. Matt arrived within the timeframe promised and was an absolute star! He was efficient, knowledgeable, and able to unlock my daughters car quickly and without any damage, he provided 2 new reprogrammed remote keys that worked perfectly and were a better quality then the original. If you need a auto locksmith Mat is your guy. I rang him at 9 am (on a Saturday I might add) he was with me in an hour kept me updated with his eta. He was polite, down to earth and gained me entry to my car very quickly. He also advised me of my options and kept cost at a minimum. Five+++++
