One of the best tradesman I have worked with, Mick was incredibly patient, determined and friendly throughout. He realigned a knackered door for me which admittedly was not straightforward and by no means a '5 minute job'. I was highly impressed by his commitment to try and fix the problem as now the door opens and closes with ease. I will not hesitate recommending Mick to family and friends, he is very reasonably priced, honest and professional. I will certainly be using his services in future.

I’ve used this company on two separate occasions now and both times (Adam the locksmith) has delivered a quality service starting from arrival to jobs right through to fitting the three locks I needed to packing his tools away and tidying up after his work is complete. Quick arrival and great professional work! Fitted/ replaced door drive as it was cracked from wear and tear. Also adjusted the door as it was out of line. Also showed us how to use the door properly as new tenants we have been using it incorrectly for a while due to the wear and tear. Fair pricing and happy with the service. Thank you!

My rental house estate agent sent John to fix back door key misalignment after the door had been shaved down due to wood expansion. He also fixed a sticky door handle in the lounge for me whilst he was there. He did such a great job that when I moved house I asked the estate agent for the locksmith details and just got John back to help me change some other locks. He was on time, quick and knowledgeable. We called Si a few weeks before a house move to enquire about changing locks at our new place. He gave a rough estimate and asked us to call him out once we had our keys. Excellent service and very knowledable! I needed a mortice lock changed on a timber front door. Shane was very easy to make contact with. I contacted him over WhatsApp and he responded within minutes. I told him what my needs were and he explained what the best option was. His price was reasonable and he was available almost immediately at a time that suited me. He came on time, carried out the work professionally and tidied up after the work was completed leaving it looking considerably better than the previous lock had likely ever looked!. He then took the time to explain to me how the lock worked, demonstrated it to me and made sure I knew how to use it. Throughout the process Shane was very polite and courteous. A true professional locksmith. I have a slightly strange security setup and Shane knew exactly the issue and how to resolve it before attending - others had failed to resolve the issue I was having.
