I always struggle to research companies for our end of tenancy cleans as I'm mega-fussy but think we made a brilliant choice this time with I-Shine! We booked 2 cleans, one for the end of our tenancy and another for the new house we've purchased. I explained in great detail what we required to the owner Lydia and she was so helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. On the cleaning days, Maria and a colleague turned up punctually and took charge of commencing the cleans with utmost efficiently so we could promptly leave them to it. And the results were completely stunning - 2 spotless, sparkling houses with no stone unturned in terms of areas cleaned, which is a rarity. Absolutely amazing job, these ladies work so hard and for so long, it's extremely impressive! End of tenancy cleans are never cheap due to the work, but I-Shine are also very reasonably priced - we were given a discount for two services and it was worth every penny. We would highly recommend the ladies at I-Shine to anyone wanting to make the always-stressful house move process that bit more bearable and pleasant - well done!

These guys were fantastic. Very helpful on the phone. I don't live near the property that needed a deep clean and they helped me through all the logistics. The property that needed cleaning was in quite a state and the work they did was amazing. (They sent me photos post-cleaning). Very competitive price, very honest about costs upfront. They quoted a price but explained if it takes longer to clean than expected, they would have to charge more - fair enough - but they did the job as quoted even though the flat was quite filthy. I am impressed and would recommend them to anyone. The cleaners must have a super can-do attitude! High-five to them. Thank you.

What an amazing service by Luis and the team! Couldn't be happier on how the place is looking... can't believe the floor is SO shiny, not to speak about the oven, sink, kitchen and the full bathroom. Everything looks like is brand new! Will recommend and please let know Luis and the rest of the team how happy I'm am. What a polite and fantastic professional guy you have there!!!!!!!!!!!! He even contacted me the night before to confirm the hour they were coming (8 am) and they arrived just at 8 am so that is some proper punctuality there! Amazing service by EP Cleaners. I contacted EP Cleaners because they had great reviews online and I'd heard horror stories about cheaper companies. They answered all my questions and were very reassuring. They arranged a clean at fairly short notice and on the day the cleaners arrived promptly with all their equipment. The cleaners were absolutely amazing! I was not well prepared so they did a great job working around me and helping me organise my things. After the clean they even helped me with moving back odd bits of furniture into their original position. The check out clerk said that it was one of the best cleans she had seen. I'm so pleased I went with EP Cleaners, I don't know what I would have done without them. Thank you!

We used the service twice in one week on two different sized properties. Exceptional job! Prompt, punctual, courteous and absolutely meticulous! So sweet to my 10 month old and when, like a buffoon, I spilled black coffee on the kitchen counter after it had been cleaned they could not have been more polite or understanding in clearing it up quickly. The second property was busy with movers clearing out the house at the same time as their site visit and must have complicated an already mammoth cleaning job but was all taken in their stride. Excellent service, 5 stars does not feel enough and I wholeheartedly recommend EP Cleaners!

Jon has been cleaning my windows since 2017. I would not have anyone else, especially as mine are often in a dire state! He is the most hardworking, thorough and helpful guy who has a variety of skills and services to offer. He once pitched up on Boxing Day to clean my carpets after my son smashed a whole box of beers down the stairs. Today he came with the lovely Kanu...a respectful and kind young man who did a great job on my windows. Always great to see Jon and his team. Always glad to recommend!

Ross cleaned my mum's shared drive with her neighbour and both their front gardens. Ross is professional and friendly and gave us the best service. WhiteWash was our cheapest quote and the only quote that included finishing the block paving with a layer of sand, ensuring weeds and moss are prevented from growing. The drive is a lighter colour now and my mum who is partially sighted can see it much better. My mum and her neighbour are both delighted and would definitely recommend Ross. Ross visited today to jetwash my block paving driveway. Ross arrived on time and quickly got on with the job in hand. My driveway was very dirty and had lots of weeds and moss growing in it. This did not deter Ross in anyway and he turned my drive back to its original condition transforming the whole front of my house.his workmanship and courtesy to both mine and my neighbours property was outstanding. After a medical incident we had tried to clean a carpet and sofa ourselves but still had an issue with an odour. I recalled a neighbour recommending Christian previously so gave him a call. Christian was really helpful and came out to us on a Sunday morning.
