I booked an End of Tenancy Clean for my bathroom and kitchen and the whole process from start to end was extremely smooth. I was quite worried that I wouldn't be able to find anyone to clean the flat as it was right after the Christmas period, but Jonathan was extremely responsive and booked me in very quickly. The cleaners were very punctual, professional and very friendly. We needed a deep clean as we had been there several years, but the cleaners were very thorough and took a lot of care into making sure everything was spotless. The flat was left cleaner than when we had moved in. The pricing was also very reasonable and there was a clear list of things that they would be able to do for the price, which was very helpful. I really appreciated it for someone who has not been through this process before. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who requires any cleaning. Thanks so much!

Brilliant 🤩 cleaning. We requested moving home cleaning and they even did hover for our 3 bed rooms house including kitchen. All cardboards, wardrobe, window frames and all stairs cases. On our move in day, it’s all ready. They came in-time with two persons. What a great service. Cleaning crews has nice attitude too. Thank you so much . Can’t recommend these guys enough! Had them in to clean my father’s home whilst he was in hospital. Will be back at this dry cleaner. I took in a wool cardigan and they got out all the stains with the tassles still intact. What I really liked was they warned me about what the treatments could do so if it had happened I would not have been shocked. Really great customer service and prices reasonable.

Definitely would recommend. The owner is amazing and warm towards customers and explains how everything works. What is frame to collect stuff after it is cleaned, looks at what ever you brought to clean and even introduce you to a process. Any questions you might have he will answer with patience. We recently used Scrubs for an end-of-tenancy clean for our flat, and the entire process—from quotation to the job itself—was incredibly efficient and pleasant. The staff were super friendly, polite, and very attentive, ensuring we were satisfied with the results and returning if not. The cleaning was carried out to an excellent standard, with all areas of the property thoroughly cleaned—tackling spots we wouldn’t have managed ourselves. We were also kept well-informed throughout the process, thanks to Anca (the cleaning team lead) and the customer service team, who updated us on the booking details and the cleaners’ arrival and completion times.
