No joy getting through to the company by phone which could do with being fixed as it creates a bit of uncertainty as to whether they were still coming. Fortunately they did arrive on time and the cleaner was lovely and did a great job. I would use again.

We recently had Ben & Dan clean the carpet in our flat, and their team did a great job. They did a thorough cleaning and also addressed specific areas that were highly stained. The carpets now look much better, with stains removed, giving the flat a fresh feel. The team was diligent and made sure every corner was covered. We recently used Scrubs for an end-of-tenancy clean for our flat, and the entire process—from quotation to the job itself—was incredibly efficient and pleasant. The staff were super friendly, polite, and very attentive, ensuring we were satisfied with the results and returning if not. The cleaning was carried out to an excellent standard, with all areas of the property thoroughly cleaned—tackling spots we wouldn’t have managed ourselves. We were also kept well-informed throughout the process, thanks to Anca (the cleaning team lead) and the customer service team, who updated us on the booking details and the cleaners’ arrival and completion times. Received a very professional end of tenancy clean from Top Cleaning. Staff arrived punctually, gave a very accurate time estimate (it was fixed price for the flat beforehand) of how long it would and it was bang on. They completed all the items on their checklist and did a very good clean of the oven and carpet. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a EoT deep clean.
