I booked an End of Tenancy Clean for my bathroom and kitchen and the whole process from start to end was extremely smooth. I was quite worried that I wouldn't be able to find anyone to clean the flat as it was right after the Christmas period, but Jonathan was extremely responsive and booked me in very quickly. The cleaners were very punctual, professional and very friendly. We needed a deep clean as we had been there several years, but the cleaners were very thorough and took a lot of care into making sure everything was spotless. The flat was left cleaner than when we had moved in. The pricing was also very reasonable and there was a clear list of things that they would be able to do for the price, which was very helpful. I recently booked a deep clean for my 5-bedroom house in north London and was utterly taken aback by how incredibly well their cleaning team carried out the cleaning service. I called the company a couple days before my check out date and Alex was so lovely and helpful on the phone. He thoroughly explained what was included in the deep cleaning and I was very impressed - he was very knowledgeable and such a gentleman during the entire process. The two cleaners who attended were very sweet, through with their deep clean, didn’t skip any areas or take any shortcuts. Very efficient and honest work for a reasonable price. Upon recommendation, my friend has also hired this company for her weekly cleaning needs.

Our cleaner Lloyd worked so thoroughly and left the property looking brand new, I was astounded at how spotless he had made the property look. Another company was supposed to do a deep clean for our house but let us down at the last minute. I contacted The Ultimate Cleaners and spoke to Alex, told him we were in desperate need of a cleaner because we had move out of our house and hand keys back to our estate agents. Alex walked me through the entire process, explained what was included in the moving-out clean, instructed two of their cleaners to clean on such short notice and they did a fantastic job. I was an absolute mental mess and Alex managed to calm me down and deliver a very nice and professional service. IVS Cleaning team did a very good job in my flat, especially in the kitchen. They cleaned the kitchen, the bathroom and its appliances very thoroughly. Carpet cleaning was great too. Highly recommended.

Got our full deposit back, with the caveat that our flat was already pretty clean, so can’t complain. Good responsive communication was appreciated. The cleaning company was very prompt in organising the house cleaning. After agreeing on the cost, they scheduled the cleaning for the next day. The manager, Julia, personally visited the property with the cleaners and provided clear instructions on the scope of work. Throughout the process, she made additional visits to ensure everything was running smoothly. In the end, the results were excellent, and the house looked immaculate.

I booked these guys as their reviews were really good and they sounded really positive about the task which was to remove some grease from our stair carpet which had come from a guest's suitcase. Madhi has a great manner and said he would do his best to remove it. Our carpet hadn't had a clean for at least 3 years and the result was incredible! Not only did every trace of the grease disappear, but the carpet looks like new! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys and would absolutely book them again - even for a freshen up of the carpets or rugs. Tip-top! 🤗

I had a rug that had some serious pet stains and I couldn’t remove. I found Mahdi on Google Maps / Google on a whim given all the amazing reviews. I sent a few photos across and he told me he will bring the right equipment to tackle this particular stain (tailored service!) In addition to this, Mahdi and his team are warm, friendly and very responsive to appointments and queries and also have given me home tips on their visit They have gone above and beyond. Massively professional thorough service spotting marks on my sofa that I hadn’t even seen! I’ve now called Mahdi and his team back on multiple occasions. I also want to give a big thank you to Mahdi (who is the business owner) for the good chats and going above and beyond :) highly recommend to all for First Class experience all around.

After his first visit to me I can see why Mahdi gets so many good reviews. He’s very thorough & hardworking and did a great job . He put a lot of effort into cleaning my rugs which were long overdue a clean. I wish I had taken a before & after photo of a small sofa he cleaned, as the difference was incredible. I won’t leave it so long next time to get them done especially as I now have someone I can rely on.
