No joy getting through to the company by phone which could do with being fixed as it creates a bit of uncertainty as to whether they were still coming. Fortunately they did arrive on time and the cleaner was lovely and did a great job. I would use again.

I use the company’s domestic cleaning services regularly and I’m happy with my experience so far. They are communicative and flexible. The cleaning lady we have is friendly and helpful.

The cleaning company was very prompt in organising the house cleaning. After agreeing on the cost, they scheduled the cleaning for the next day. The manager, Julia, personally visited the property with the cleaners and provided clear instructions on the scope of work. Throughout the process, she made additional visits to ensure everything was running smoothly. In the end, the results were excellent, and the house looked immaculate.

I found this firm after having a bad first experience hiring cleaners recently elsewhere. I have no choice in my current situation and had to hire out cleaners. The two cleaners that turned up were friendly, helpful but most importantly did a great job deep cleaning my kitchen which was left dirty by previous tenant. We had a few very lovely cleaners, our current cleaner Hrizantema is going above and beyond, she’s very thorough and got so much done in 2 hours! Tatyana on the management team is also very nice, always replies our messages quickly and very accommodating to our schedule/ needs. Can’t recommend them enough!

Received a very professional end of tenancy clean from Top Cleaning. Staff arrived punctually, gave a very accurate time estimate (it was fixed price for the flat beforehand) of how long it would and it was bang on. Julio and team did a splendid job with great professionalism and we felt very comfortable during the entire cleaning process. We used Iva Cleaning for our airbnb guests for 10 times last Summer, and Iva was always very helpful. She can provide bed sheet and towel rental and cleaning service at the same time, and this means a complete peace of mind when managing guest check ins. She has been very helpful and flexible many times, always available through whatsapp and providing pictures of the flat, allowing last minute changes that made our guests very happy! I only gave 4 stars because a few times guests were not 100% happy with the cleaning, and we had to address this to Iva. But I would highly recommend her services to anyone!

Got our full deposit back, with the caveat that our flat was already pretty clean, so can’t complain. Good responsive communication was appreciated. The cleaning team itself was slightly amateur and had to be shown the ropes a bit, but the “management” team I was dealing with on the phone ensured that the cleaning team complied with all instructions and the job was done to my satisfaction.

I booked these guys as their reviews were really good and they sounded really positive about the task which was to remove some grease from our stair carpet which had come from a guest's suitcase. Madhi has a great manner and said he would do his best to remove it. Our carpet hadn't had a clean for at least 3 years and the result was incredible! Not only did every trace of the grease disappear, but the carpet looks like new! I had a rug that had some serious pet stains and I couldn’t remove. I found Mahdi on Google Maps / Google on a whim given all the amazing reviews. I sent a few photos across and he told me he will bring the right equipment to tackle this particular stain (tailored service!) In addition to this, Mahdi and his team are warm, friendly and very responsive to appointments and queries and also have given me home tips on their visit They have gone above and beyond. Massively professional thorough service spotting marks on my sofa that I hadn’t even seen! I’ve now called Mahdi and his team back on multiple occasions. After his first visit to me I can see why Mahdi gets so many good reviews. He’s very thorough & hardworking and did a great job . He put a lot of effort into cleaning my rugs which were long overdue a clean. I wish I had taken a before & after photo of a small sofa he cleaned, as the difference was incredible. I won’t leave it so long next time to get them done especially as I now have someone I can rely on.

I'm quite fussy but they both just got on with it and left the house really well cleaned and tidy with no input. They were both very pleasant and happy to dospecific tasks like changing bed linen, when asked. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone else!
