I booked an end of tenancy cleaning with Scrubs last month, so glad I did! Recently got my full deposit back. The cleaners were incredibly professional and paid attention to every single detail. Communication with them was smooth and easy. Reasonable price for the quality of service they provided. Highly recommend.

Forgot to leave a review but we used this company for our end of tenancy cleaning back in July 2024 (Team Stefan) and we had a great experience. The team were prompt and delivered an excellent experience. The team leader was good with keep me informed as I waited nearby and they were happy to have me review their work before the wrapped up. Excellent service at short notice. We needed an end of tenancy clean at 2 days notice and a friend recommended us Scrubs. Mike managed to find us a slot, which was great. Recently contacted Scrubs Cleaning for an end of tenancy clean. Scrubs came back with a quote and date which exceeded everyone else at being the best value. Not only this, they mentioned that they had worked with our letting agency (Foxtons). On the day itself, the cleaners came in a timely manner and within 2 hours they had already cleaned the place. Our end of tenancy clean included an oven clean which when they had finished, we were shocked at how clean they managed to get the oven. Of course, the whole place was also immaculate. I would highly recommend Scrubs and I will definitely be using them again for my next clean. Thank you to Mary who handled the booking, and the cleaners themselves.

Ben and Gareth did the work at our property removing layers of old paint, then restoring the bricks to their former state. Through out the works Ben advised me what to do and not to do. We also got pointing done and Ben advised how the lime mortar is better for the bricks we had for the front of house. He knows the ins and outs of stone work and restored bricks that were blown or broken. Everyday they were polite, professional and clean. They would tidy all the mess before they left and they power washed both my neighbours everyday to keep their side clean too. At the end they also neatened and touched up paint work for our neighbours. I didn’t have to keep telling them what to do and they took care of the whole work at a reasonable price. I was left assured everything is done to high standard and they would sort anything I wasn’t happy with. I could leave them to the work and not worry. Ben always communicated when he couldn’t come due to rain and how it affects the pointing and always kept to his words. A fantastic company I was so fortunate to find which is not so easy these days and the house is now unrecognisable. Thanks pgsstone for the work.

Couldnt recommend more highly. Removed paintwork from the bricks to the front of our house, cleaned and repointed. Did the work within a week of our request, work performed to really high standard, particularly the pointing which was really neat and clean looking. Ben the owner was there each day to discuss progress and was really responsive to any concerns. All his team were really nice and friendly and worked to the highest standards. So happy with the final product. Shopped around before and these guys were definitely the best for quality and a reasonable price.

After having a complete disaster with our landlord and wanting to move out of our property ASAP, the chaps at Good Old Clean ensured we were looked after from start to finish. Not only the exceptional customer service we received but the actual End of Tenancy Clean left the house in far, far better shape than when we moved in. Everything was spotless from all kitchen appliances, to bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, blinds ect. Plenty of other businesses will rip you off with End of Tenancy Cleaning, but with very reasonable pricing along with the friendly and understanding nature of the Jonathan, I can’t recommend these guys enough. I booked an End of Tenancy Clean for my bathroom and kitchen and the whole process from start to end was extremely smooth. I was quite worried that I wouldn't be able to find anyone to clean the flat as it was right after the Christmas period, but Jonathan was extremely responsive and booked me in very quickly. The cleaners were very punctual, professional and very friendly. We needed a deep clean as we had been there several years, but the cleaners were very thorough and took a lot of care into making sure everything was spotless. The flat was left cleaner than when we had moved in. The pricing was also very reasonable and there was a clear list of things that they would be able to do for the price, which was very helpful.
