George is fabulous. Clear and polite communication before arriving. Very nice energy to be around and did a very thorough job. The house was sparkling, everything was replaced neatly and care was taken over things going back where they belong. Excellent end-of-tenancy cleaning service. The Brazilian cleaning lady looked into the all the details (e.g. corners, areas under furnitures, inside applicants, tiles edges, curtains inside bathroom). One thing I really appreciate is they followed up with me on some small details that i pointed out. Also, my landlord did some painting and refurbishment which made the cleaning service difficult but the cleaning team managed to finish their work with good quality. Also, thanks Lucas for keeping me informed about the schedule of the cleaning team. Even though they came late, I am very satisfied with the quality of their work

Had an end of tenancy +carpet cleaning done. The flat was absolutely spotless by the end. Amazing work and nice to have after reading many nightmare reviews from other providers. Had to be a bit flexible as the carpet cleaning was moved forward by a day and then the guy was an hour late but in the end the outcome made up for it!

I’ve used this company for the end of lease cleaning. I was quoted £260 for one bedroom at Old st. My apartment was already clean so £260 felt like paying money for nothing, but the reviews were good so I went ahead anyway. It took Petya 4 hours (!) to clean my “clean” apartment. I don’t think that place was that clean since it was built. It was certainly wasn’t that clean when I moved in. Petya, thank you very much. Amazing job and great value. Got our full deposit back, with the caveat that our flat was already pretty clean, so can’t complain. Good responsive communication was appreciated. The cleaning team itself was slightly amateur and had to be shown the ropes a bit, but the “management” team I was dealing with on the phone ensured that the cleaning team complied with all instructions and the job was done to my satisfaction.

Can’t recommend Henry Cleaning anymore. I’ve always received a Fantastic service. Charlie organised everything, supplied all the risk assessments beforehand and ensured our building was cleaned from top to bottom. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for specialist cleaning from height. Thanks boys.
