Had an absolutely brilliant service using this company. I've never used a cleaning agency before, but the manager made me feel very comfortable and walked me through the entire process. The cleaner was prompt and friendly, was very thorough and did a very good job. The service was cost effective and worth it. Would recommend.

End of tenancy deep cleaning. I received a quote fairly quickly following my enquiry. They helped me filling the online booking over the phone and even gave me a small discount to have the carpets steam cleaned. They cleaned all appliances, cupboards, window sills, floors, bathroom etc, to a very high standard. Even my landlord was so impressed that he asked me for their details. The place looked absolutely immaculate after they left. Also, I needed their service urgently and they managed to fit me in, at short notice, for the next morning. Had an end of tenancy +carpet cleaning done. The flat was absolutely spotless by the end. Amazing work and nice to have after reading many nightmare reviews from other providers. Had to be a bit flexible as the carpet cleaning was moved forward by a day and then the guy was an hour late but in the end the outcome made up for it!

The Brazilian cleaning lady looked into the all the details (e.g. corners, areas under furnitures, inside applicants, tiles edges, curtains inside bathroom). One thing I really appreciate is they followed up with me on some small details that i pointed out. Also, my landlord did some painting and refurbishment which made the cleaning service difficult but the cleaning team managed to finish their work with good quality.
