I've been using Home Star Cleaning for around 6 years now and have always found them to be excellent. The office is super efficient and always has my correct information and billing details, and takes note of any holiday requests that I don't need a cleaner for diligently. I've had a few different cleaners over this period of time as some have moved off to do other work. They've always been excellent and very professional. They do a really good job and leave my house looking pristine. I occasionally get emails informing me of a price increase, so that the cleaners can be paid a decent wage, which I fully support. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Our family use Home Star Cleaning for nearly ten years. I do like to come home on the day when the cleaning lady was there. The house would be so inviting and everything in order and clean. If your dedicated lady is on holiday you would receive notifications well in advance. You'll be offered a cover lady if you wish. Communication is always clear and well timed. All the stuff is very friendly and professional. Can highly recommend them.

I booked Ken on January 25th 2023 for myself and three of my neighbours to clean gutters and conservatory roofs and skylights. Ken provided a very professional service. He showed us the photos of our gutters before and after. We were exceptionally pleased with his professionalism and the job he undertook for us all. Excellent service from initial contact until task completed. Dan was quick to respond to my request for help when my Gutter was overflowing during recent heavy rain. On inspection he found the Gutter badly blocked and proceeded to remove the problem material without any fuss. His work was excellent and he kept me up to date by showing me video of the progress - on completion he showed me video of the whole job and left the site clean and tidy. I will definitely use him next year and highly recommend Dan to others needing their Gutters cleaning.

Ken arrived a little late but worked hard on all our guttering of which some were badly clogged up with moss and bird droppings. He then tested for leaks and made a couple of repairs. A very helpful chap.....can't wait to see the difference this make once it rains again!

We contacted excel at very short notice. They we very very accommodating And even moved some stuff around to fit our job in. They are very through, did a pre check made sure water pressure was ok and check the drive condition and advised from there. Arrived when they said they would and the pictures are a 1000 words. Driveway looks so so much tidier! Removed all the weeds and of oil staining. Just need to arranged to get it re sanded now (which they also do) Thankyou!

Sean and his team are very reliable and responsive to my emails and also did a great job of cleaning our windows, conservatory roof and gutter, as well as pressure washing our patio, which now looks great, and everything has been cleaned to a high standard! Would definitely recommend them, and use them again in the future.

Ewelina was the best cleaner! She was an absolute ray of sunshine on a stressful moving day for us. She was kind, polite, helpful and understanding and did an absolutely amazing job of the house. We were handing the place back to friends after 3 months subletting and we’ve all commented on how clean and spotless the flat was when they moved back in. Especially as we were working hard to remove cat hair due to a mild allergy. Can’t tell you how relieved we were when we saw that Ewelina’s work was so thorough and excellent. And Justina was friendly and communicative throughout the whole booking process too. Would recommend the service 10 times over.

We have had cleaners from Friends PRO services for many years and each and every one has been excellent. Work is done to a high standard and quickly. The house is always spotless after their visit. The support and commination ftom the office staff is also very good. Messages are provided quickly and responded to without delay. I booked the day before and was so pleased that they had last minute availability as we had just moved homes and the conditions were awful. They came in the morning and cleaned the whole downstairs of our house like it was brand new! They did such a fantastic job, a team of hard working women. There were no complaints whatsoever.
