Jimmys communication was perfect, he tried to help solve the problem over the phone then booked to attend my property. He attended in a timely manner, was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond his remit and I am greatly appreciative of his service. Cost was extremely affordable and his customer service was perfect. Highly recommended and will most certainly use again should the need arise.

Jimmy is an exceptional plumber, and I highly recommend him. He arrived promptly and completed the work to a very high standard. He installed two new radiators, taking great care to ensure they were level and regularly checking that I was happy with his progress. He was very tidy, cleaning up and even painted around the rawl plugs. After the installation, when he turned the boiler on for the first time since summer, we discovered a leak caused by a builder who had drilled through a pipe in another part of the house. Jimmy quickly found the leak and replaced the damaged pipe at no additional cost. Jimmy was absolutely brilliant - he efficiently fixed our boiler issue that other suppliers hadn’t been able to and he returned within the hour of us calling him to check on a fitting. He was so responsive and helpful throughout, and always took the time to explain the reason for what he was doing. Would highly recommend - best plumber we have come across!

Booked AJD plumbing to install TRVs and a new kitchen tap. Unfortunately before the appointment one of our old radiator valves started leaking so I requested pulling the appointment forward and Adam fitted us in within 36 hours which I really appreciated. Darren carried out the work. He did a great job, was efficient, tidy and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Adam and Darren from AJD recently gave really excellent service recently. Family emergency meant I needed to replace a bath/shower with a walk in shower with seat. The work was carried out extremely promptly and efficiently. The finished product was outstanding. I called in desperation when my boiler stopped working in the freezing weather and instead of coming out and charging me a fortune, I was talked through how to fix it myself. It took a few tries (all simple but I would have had no idea!) but they kept helping me and charged me nothing. I had no clue and was expecting to need to pay for a new boiler. I have to say I think Robbie is one of a kind. True professional and very skilled at what he does. We originally called him for a random problem with our boiler. Inevitably, that problem led to another problem. Robbie wouldn’t leave until he had a solution and even called an electrician to come and get everything up and running again. His pricing is super fair and he knows his stuff … all of this with a smile on his face. Top guy! Five stars from me.

As it would happen my boiler died over the New Year. I was recommended Star Boilers and am very happy. They asked me to email photos and then I spoke to them over the phone and gave me 3 options with different prices. I phoned them for advice and James recommended the cheapest option (WOT). They asked if I wanted a normal thermostat or a Hive one They turned up when they did and the offfice let us know the ETA. We had an aged / failing boiler system which needed replacing along with radiators throughout the property requiring power flushing and we appointed Mr. Byron and team based on their fair / comprehensive proposals but more importantly the sound professional advice they provided during our initial conversation - Mr. Byron was very patient in his explanations, answering my questions and presented options to suit our requirements. Mr. Byron and team were always very punctual, professional, pro-active, provided robust solutions, very accommodating to our aesthetic requirements and coordinated the works very efficiently amongst his team. Excellent joinery work, great finishing and overall very professional workmanship. My family were also present at the time and the team were very considerate to our requirements around the house. Fast forward over a year and the boiler system is continuing to work efficiently - In addition, Priority Plumbing have assisted several times on short notice jobs such as a radiator and tap replacement with again services and quality delivered to a very high standard. Highly recommend the team at Priority Plumbing. Everyone at Priority plumbing has amazing knowledge. I have had a bathroom installed, new boiler, boiler services and call outs with them and every time I come out of the conversation learning something new about plumping or heating. I've had a tricky job to fix a escape of water and rerouting multiple pipes including gas which were done incorrectly before. John attended for a free quotation. I was impressed that he could decide on the solution in a few minutes of looking at it which is the evidence of years of experience. Thank you John for providing excellent service! We didn't have heating for about 40 days during January-February, and our property manager wasn't really responsive. When we finally met with John, he managed our issue within couple of days. He sorted out the communication between our manager and us, he updated us several times on progression of our solution, and he fixed our issue with expertise and intelligence. I was very impressed with with the service provided. I required the disconnection of an obsolete power shower and installation of a thermostatic surface mounted mini shower. I received a quotation for the work quickly after contacting John and this was undertaken shortly after. The removal of the old shower threw up some problems and I was kept informed regarding the necessary work. Despite the problems the work was completed in one morning at the quoted price. The work area was well protected at all times. I will use John's services in the future and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
