Had some leaking from my radiators. James was great. He came out a few hours later, waived the call-out fee just out of kindness and fixed the issue that day. Very grateful!

I used Gas Plumbing Safe for a complex job clearing a blockage from central heating. (Which in the end James correctly identified was actually a boiler issue which my boiler cover provider missed). James always took extra time to talk me through all the steps he was taking and kept me informed about the processes and why different steps were required when trying to find a blockage. He was very transparent about the costs, and was very reasonable about not escalating costs when the job became more complicated, giving sound advice on how to proceed. He kept scheduling further visits until eventually finding the fault with the boiler which was missed by an engineer from my insurer - so the end result was that the heating got fixed.

I contacted James after being quoted a questionably high amount by another company to fix my boiler and water cylinder. He was clear and knowledgeable and was able to carry out the works at a fair price and quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate in using his company again and recommending. Happy customer!

Absolute life-savers. Gas had been shut off by my energy provider - Mayfair came round the same day, sorted the issues that the energy provider had found, and got the gas switched back on. They were up-front and transparent about all the costs. The gas engineer was a really nice guy - hope he enjoys the darts final tomorrow night!

A very reputable firm. Constatine the Engineer sorted out our boiler after another firm said it needed a new motherboard. Engineer came and spent time to find what this issue is. At the end it needed WD40 and some maintenance. A new boiler not needed yet. Thank you for doing a great job.

we got an emergency yesterday with the boiler and radiators in our house. called a few numbers i got from friends no one was available before wednesday next week. found constantin on google the guy was at my door in les then one hour.diverter valve and motor in less then 2 hours all fixed. very good service cheap and fast. a big thank you i never recomended someone on google but this is worth it

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!!! I cannot recommend Pulse enough. I spoke to Eddie Ainsworth late on a Wednesday evening and explained that I had an emergency and needed a new boiler ASAP. Eddie called me back within 15 minutes and had two engineers booked for that Friday - the two engineers arrived and installed the new boiler and I could not speak highly enough how efficient, hassle free, professional and easy Eddie made the service. If you have any doubts, do yourself a favour and go with Pulse! The price was extremely competitive but the overall service is what blew me away - I would give 6 stars if I could!

Jimmys communication was perfect, he tried to help solve the problem over the phone then booked to attend my property. He attended in a timely manner, was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond his remit and I am greatly appreciative of his service. Cost was extremely affordable and his customer service was perfect. Jimmy is an exceptional plumber, and I highly recommend him. He arrived promptly and completed the work to a very high standard. He installed two new radiators, taking great care to ensure they were level and regularly checking that I was happy with his progress. He was very tidy, cleaning up and even painted around the rawl plugs. After the installation, when he turned the boiler on for the first time since summer, we discovered a leak caused by a builder who had drilled through a pipe in another part of the house. Jimmy quickly found the leak and replaced the damaged pipe at no additional cost. Let me start by saying what really nice lads Dave and Steve are! We were experiencing a leak which got worse after another plumbing company came to check it out and it nearly destroyed our walls and flooring. We gave Dave a call and within a few days he came over with Steve. Dave had a good look at our bath and gave us a full diagnosis of the issue and reassured us he could get it fixed no problem. We set up an appointment and they came back and did such a great job! They fixed the leak, resealed the bath and shower screen and even replaced the side part of the bath! Dave was really fair on the price and we paid half of what the previous plumbers charged us! Dave was even kind enough not to charge us the extra 30 minutes it took to have everything sorted!
