Had rats in my maisonette due to a hole/leaky pipe in my neighbour's garden (which Mark identified). He was fantastic: not only getting rid of the rats as quickly and efficiently as possible, but giving me advice along the way that has been so helpful. Can't recommend him/them highly enough.

I had a problem with pigeons nesting under my solar panels. They were very polite, informative, professional and was happy with the service from start to finish. Prevention measures installed to the solar panels, pigeons evicted and all areas cleaned. I could not be happier with service provided from Mark and Chris @ Dynopest.

Needed professionals to come and sort a mouse problem in domestic house- found Dyno-Pest through Google search. Customer service great from the phone call booking to the technician. Mark came to sort problem- arrived on time. Very professional, explained everything to me and answered my questions. Kept everything clean. Excellent service and so far the pests have stayed away!

I called Pest Mortem about a hornets nest. They were at my house within 10 minutes. They are friendly, helpful and the situation was dealt with, within the hour. My children were very intrigued and were shown what the nest looked like, they saw the queen and learned a thing or two about hornets that afternoon. I would highly recommend Pest Mortem for all your pests.

We have called upon Martin on a couple of occasions, most recently to sort out a burrowing wasps nest. He is extremely responsive and completely professional, and also just a really lovely bloke! Not only has he dealt with the problem incredibly quickly and affordably but he's an expert in his field and offers a lot of good advice. Great to see you again...although we hope to never see you again! ;)

Called Martin to deal with moths on my cloths. His honesty was superb. Explained that there was, alas nothing he would be able to do. Advises on how to deal with issue over the phone. Can’t say how much I appreciate the honesty, advice. Others have said they can “deal” with it, but Martin explained clothes moths need to be dealt with differently. Many,many,many thanks Martin 👍🕊

Martin is brilliant, professional, trustworthy and reliable. He came to my home within two hours of contacting him to resolve our problem with mice. He carried out a survey of the property, made recommendations and implemented solutions that have solved our problem. He also came to inspect the property twice after the initial work to ensure that the problem had not reoccured. Very highly recommended

I ordered two heavy duty screen doors. Beaver Pest Control not only delivered a high quality product but also exceptional customer service. Mick Tierney carried out the initial assessment and managed my customer experience from start to finish. He was extremely professional and pleasant. He was also very understanding of my requirements. He kept in touch throughout and even called on the install day to check that all was going well. It was! Dave called me to arrange a day to fit the doors. He arrived yesterday (12/05) on time and was also professional and very pleasant. He did a great job (photos attached) and was very respectful of my home. I've had a lot of work carried out at my home by various companies. Some failed to deliver to the standard they promised which I find unacceptable and refuse to accept. I'm pleased to say Beaver Pest Control excelled. I rate them very highly.

Excellent service! I thank Frans for co-ordinating the work and the excellent and friendly pest control man Elijah who successfully disposed of the rodents on his second visit. He also recommend a rat blocker which I have had installed and will prevent future infestation. Environ were able to carry out works even when I was not in the premises. Wish I had consulted them years ago.

We had Eriye come to the house and he was extremely helpful and had our problem cleared up so quickly. And all the team in the office were so efficient and quick to respond to our queries. Would absolutely recommend.

Liam came to do the first of three moth treatments in my home. He was punctual, polite and extremely helpful in moving some heavy furniture so I could get behind it to vacuum (which he later put back exactly as it was). It was clear he was experienced in the work - he was very helpful and informative about the treatment and what would be most effective. I trusted that he would do a good and thorough job and was very pleased to get a link to about 20 photos he had taken of him treating my flat in all its nooks and crannies. I have another two treatments in a couple of weeks - I hope Liam returns and I hope to be able to give another 5 stars.

Chris was fantastic. He had a clear plan of how to treat our issue and communicated it effectively and clearly to us. The service was outstanding and he demonstrated great understanding and sympathy to what we had to deal with. I couldn’t recommend more highly the service given.
