Had a rat fall into my enclosed basement garden and get trapped. Phoned them up after googling, the call handler explained the process and quoted a fair price. The guy turned up an hour and a half later and removed the rat efficiently and quickly. Very professional, friendly, honest and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Imagine my horror when I found mouse droppings in my kitchen. I am so glad I used Indigo as they are wonderful. This simply super young man called Luke visited. He knew exactly what to do, laid poison and three visits later the mice have gone. He was able to work out where they were coming in and blocked up their entrance. Luke was fantastic and his mother should be very proud of him. A lovely person and in my eyes his employer should be glad to have him representing his company. I can not recommend this company more highly.

I discovered a wasp nest on Friday evening, contacted Indigo at the weekend - received a prompt reply and by Tuesday afternoon (my choice of slot) everything had been sorted. The technician was on time, polite, friendly, informative and extremely efficient. He made sure that we (and our cat) were safe and left the site tidier than it was when he arrived. Extremely impressed and will definitely use Indigo again.

Professional, friendly service given at a reasonable price. Moving to a more rural area we knew wildlife ( aka rats) might be on the agenda. Seeing 2 outside wasn’t a problem but then one decided to try our roof space- not so happy with that - being kept awake by gnawing!! The council referred us to AGS and they came in good time, surveyed the area, left disincentives for them. Result no more rats ( for now no doubt) but good advice given on how to deter our unwanted house guests. Very pleased with the service and would recommend every time.

When we had a problem with rats in our house, AGS pest control were very efficient and reasonably priced. Their representative, Dell, was clear on what had to be done and explained his method of dealing with the problem in a pleasant and accessible way. Dell visited us 3 times and checked for signs of rats in the house as well as checking outside for the ways they were getting in and gave us good advice on how to fix it. Happily, AGS solved our problem with rats. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dell and AGS.

Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. Oscar was wonderful and I can’t recommend his services highly enough. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing so I understood. Been having problems with pigeons roosting on our balcony laying eggs and fouling all over everything. Tried everything Amazon had to throw at them but nothing would work and keep them away. Having to consider anti pigeon netting for my small 4th floor balcony I was dreading the search for a reliable trader. I saw a Pest Piper van parked near me and decided to try them first. I was very pleased I did from the first contact when I was given a clear quote but was not put under pressure to make a decision. When I did decide to go ahead Shahid dealt with me pleasantly and promptly. The installation was done quickly and well despite some small issues, the finishing touches were completed soon after and there was no urgency to pay before full completion! Outstanding service highly recommend I was impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. They were quick to schedule an appointment, and the technician Rupon thoroughly inspected the area and quickly identified where the mice may have entered in from. My balcony is now clean and pigeon free! No more cooing through the night. The back end of my wrap-around balcony was repeatedly covered with pigeon poop because the birds would perch around the outer perimeter and the hand rail. Pigeons had taken up residence in a roof drain opening that exited through the wall underneath my balcony. There is also a soil pipe along the adjacent wall (also below my balcony, laying horizontally) on which the pigeons were perching and using as a toilet, dirtying all the neighbours' windows below. Robert hooked me up with bird spikes along the problem areas and the soil pipe. He netted the drain to keep the birds from entering, but still allowing the water to drain. 3 days later, my balcony is still clean and it appears the pigeons have moved on to sleep elsewhere. I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend them. Less expensive than I thought it would be. Very professional and knowledgeable.

We had an issue with bedbugs in our flat in Bethnal Green. Sahid came out the next day and dealt with the issue swiftly, returning for free around a week later when a few of the bugs came back. I really appreciated Sahid's targeted approach, taking his time to locate the nest and exterminate, rather than fumigating the entire flat (as other pest control people were recommending). We managed to avoid washing all our fabrics unnecessarily and so far have been bug free. Sahid was really friendly, offered good advice, and was very knowledgeable. Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties.
