Thank goodness I used this company!! Well worth the investment in getting a job done properly in the first place. We had an infestation of rats in our property having had some recent renovation works and over the counter traps/baits are just useless. So many cowboy companies about too. Matthew was very knowledgable and thorough in his survey and am please to say that within a week, the problem has been resolved. We can finally sleep at night without having to woken up by scuttling and squeaks

Had a rat fall into my enclosed basement garden and get trapped. Phoned them up after googling, the call handler explained the process and quoted a fair price. The guy turned up an hour and a half later and removed the rat efficiently and quickly. Very professional, friendly, honest and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Imagine my horror when I found mouse droppings in my kitchen. I am so glad I used Indigo as they are wonderful. This simply super young man called Luke visited. He knew exactly what to do, laid poison and three visits later the mice have gone. He was able to work out where they were coming in and blocked up their entrance. Luke was fantastic and his mother should be very proud of him. A lovely person and in my eyes his employer should be glad to have him representing his company. After reading other evaluations of this Pest Control's offerings, I decided to use them. incredibly amiable and cooperative. They gave me a thorough explanation of the procedure while keeping in mind my situation. The team completed the fumigation and arrived on schedule. I'm pleased with the outcome. I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt okay and knew about the processes and treatments they were doing. Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties. I called Pest-Tec on a Sunday within a couple of hours they sent someone to have a look. We had an issue with mice and they found the problem straight away and the entry points. Very professional and friendly service would highly recommend to anyone who needs help with rodents.

Had Pigeon problem and needed help and advice. Perry came through recommendation and glad to report did not disappoint. Called him and got a date in the diary. He arrived on time. My wife showed him the affected area. He carried out an inspection,advised on best action and cost. This was very competitive and work was carried out on the same day. If you want to get rid of pests permanently, you should pick the company that is best at taking care of the problem for good. After trying four different exterminators to help us get rid of bed bugs and failing, I tried these guys. They handled everything professionally and smoothly. Liam came to do the first of three moth treatments in my home. He was punctual, polite and extremely helpful in moving some heavy furniture so I could get behind it to vacuum (which he later put back exactly as it was). It was clear he was experienced in the work - he was very helpful and informative about the treatment and what would be most effective. I trusted that he would do a good and thorough job and was very pleased to get a link to about 20 photos he had taken of him treating my flat in all its nooks and crannies. I have another two treatments in a couple of weeks - I hope Liam returns and I hope to be able to give another 5 stars.

He also recommend a rat blocker which I have had installed and will prevent future infestation. Environ were able to carry out works even when I was not in the premises.
