Been having problems with pigeons roosting on our balcony laying eggs and fouling all over everything. Tried everything Amazon had to throw at them but nothing would work and keep them away. Was recommended Oscar at OG pest control from a neighbour who had used them & we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Oscar and his colleague were both super friendly & very professional when it came to their job. A very clean & precise job has been done by the both of them. Could rate them highly enough or recommend them more for any pest control jobs.

I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt okay and knew about the processes and treatments they were doing. They have great customer service as well and are very responsive and happy to answer any questions! The whole experience was way less stressful thanks to their team :)

Really impressed with Daz's efficient and effective service! He has been helping me with a mouse issue over the past month and a half, and quickly found the source of the problem. Imagine my horror when I found mouse droppings in my kitchen. I am so glad I used Indigo as they are wonderful. This simply super young man called Luke visited. He knew exactly what to do, laid poison and three visits later the mice have gone. He was able to work out where they were coming in and blocked up their entrance. Luke was fantastic and his mother should be very proud of him. A lovely person and in my eyes his employer should be glad to have him representing his company. I can not recommend this company more highly.

Had a rat fall into my enclosed basement garden and get trapped. Phoned them up after googling, the call handler explained the process and quoted a fair price. The guy turned up an hour and a half later and removed the rat efficiently and quickly. Very professional, friendly, honest and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I had a rodent in the house for 5 days. I called a pest control company, they said they would attend the property, I waited the entire day to be let down at the last minute. When I called indigo they were very professional, arrived when they said they would. The technician Christian was so professional and efficient. Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties. A wonderful guy to deal with who has assured me every step of the way that it will be sorted with minimum fuss, and he has been true to his word. Thank goodness I used this company!! Well worth the investment in getting a job done properly in the first place. We had an infestation of rats in our property having had some recent renovation works and over the counter traps/baits are just useless. So many cowboy companies about too. Matthew was very knowledgable and thorough in his survey and am please to say that within a week, the problem has been resolved. On the same day, Quick Pest Control arranged for the talented Mir to come see my elderly aunt and investigate the disturbing sounds coming from the roof of her cottage. He conducted a comprehensive and in-depth survey and found substantial damage and rat activity. He was comforting and gave extremely clear explanations. We look forward to being rid of these unwanted trespassers and are comforted to know that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours of calling Quick Pest Control. An independent company that offered to place a trap and collect it frequently and indefinitely was the local option; they didn't even provide a survey to determine which pest we might hear! Quick Pest Control's services couldn't have been more dissimilar.

Recently had a new ktichen rennovation work done on my home so this caused some infestation of mice in my home which I was not happy about. Called Biopest as I liked the information that was added on their webpage. The technician came & did a good inspection around my home & advised me on the best way to make my home proofed against future infestations. I was very happy with his advice & he also added further measures on points of my home where the problem was occurring. I was very happy with the service they provided & also thanks to Eva for her kind & reassuring manner when I called to make a booking. From my initial contact with Ewa, the service offered was sterling. She helped calm my nerves and an appointment was booked within 48 hours. The Bioactive Pest Control Specialist, Albert, who is patient, professional and sympathetic, identified the problem as a moth infestation, and explained to me the procedure, which would be carried out in a two-week period, followed by a third visit if needed within a month's time. He also detailed the fogging and the insecticides used to eradicate the problem.
