I discovered a wasp nest on Friday evening, contacted Indigo at the weekend - received a prompt reply and by Tuesday afternoon (my choice of slot) everything had been sorted. The technician was on time, polite, friendly, informative and extremely efficient. He made sure that we (and our cat) were safe and left the site tidier than it was when he arrived. Extremely impressed and will definitely use Indigo again.

Had a rat fall into my enclosed basement garden and get trapped. Phoned them up after googling, the call handler explained the process and quoted a fair price. The guy turned up an hour and a half later and removed the rat efficiently and quickly. Very professional, friendly, honest and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I had a rodent in the house for 5 days. I called a pest control company, they said they would attend the property, I waited the entire day to be let down at the last minute. When I called indigo they were very professional, arrived when they said they would. The technician Christian was so professional and efficient. Imagine my horror when I found mouse droppings in my kitchen. I am so glad I used Indigo as they are wonderful. This simply super young man called Luke visited. He knew exactly what to do, laid poison and three visits later the mice have gone. He was able to work out where they were coming in and blocked up their entrance. Luke was fantastic and his mother should be very proud of him. A lovely person and in my eyes his employer should be glad to have him representing his company. I can not recommend this company more highly.

Great job by a professional. I called Gerry and he asked for video to help see where the wasps were going in and out of the nest hidden in a tree stump in the garden. He was in the area and made it to mine within an hour . He treated the nest and the wasps were cleared within another hour!

One evening, I noticed a few wasps inside my bathroom but wasn’t sure where they were coming from. I contacted Gerry late at night, and by 8am the next morning, he had already been in touch and arranged to visit the same day. Gerry quickly identified the location of the nest, which was on my roof, and treated it effectively. A week later, I thought I could still see a few wasps around the garden near the roof. No one else in my household could spot them, but because I was so concerned, Gerry kindly came back the same day to repeat spraying. Fantastic service-thank you for your help!

Gerry has now removed 2 wasps nests for us, one in our shed and one in the roof of our house. On both occasions Gerry got back to us really quickly and dealt with the problem efficiently and speedily with no mess. He is very personable and we would thoroughly recommend.

Resolved the problem I was having with Grey Squirrels I contacted a few companies and Integrum quotes a realistic price, outlining precisely the service they provide. Arranging the appointment online and providing a curtesy text message just prior to any visit. James who was my assigned to conduct the work was friendly, had a kind manner and was happy to explain the process and practice he would be conducting. On the final visit a squirrel was caught in an open trap, which was put in place following the second visit when nothing had been caught. Squirrel problem dealt with.

We had a problem with mice in the kitchen. Pest Removals came out and offered amazing advice, and then sealed every gap. They went under the kitchen units and took great care, been clean and putting everything back carefully. From that day, and for 2 years, we have not had a single mouse in our house. A fantastic service I would recommend to anyone, much better than traps or poison.
