We had an issue with bedbugs in our flat in Bethnal Green. Sahid came out the next day and dealt with the issue swiftly, returning for free around a week later when a few of the bugs came back. I really appreciated Sahid's targeted approach, taking his time to locate the nest and exterminate, rather than fumigating the entire flat (as other pest control people were recommending). We managed to avoid washing all our fabrics unnecessarily and so far have been bug free. Sahid was really friendly, offered good advice, and was very knowledgeable. Mark and his team were very helpful. All our questions were answered. The email sent in advance was very useful with lots of information. Having done lots of research their prices were very reasonable and their admin / invoicing was slick and efficient . No one likes spending money on pest control, but I can’t fault the pestgone team. They were knowledgeable, polite, arrived on time and explained all the treatment that was taking place.

Absolutely thrilled with the work completed by Mark and team today. My roof was an absolutely mess and now I can be proud of it. No pigeons harmed in the process and the mess was cleared from under the panels and from the gutters! They even threw in a bit of driveway cleaning too. Communication was brilliant and explanation of the process was delivered in detail. Mark fitted Pigeon guards to my flat roof house , replacing pigeon guards that had been poorly fitted by someone else only 6 months earlier. He arrived promptly on time, and provided a professional and friendly service. The work was completed very quickly and to a high standard. Oscar dealt with a recent pest issue in our flat. Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. Oscar was wonderful and I can’t recommend his services highly enough. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing so I understood. He also quoted the best price of all the pest companies I contacted as well as offering the earliest appointment.

Ahmad is an absolute top professional. You rarely meet people these days that don't want to take advantage - but Ahmad has integrity which is beyond value a review can summarise. I called him about an issue and he came the next day. Outlined his pricing, but when he came, said the situation was not supremely urgent and just to monitor on an ongoing basis. Most people, after agreeing a price, would use it to their advantage and conduct the work even if it isn't required, however Ahmad was very fair and said he would only charge once the work needed to be done. I will definitely be monitoring / using him if and when required

The team removed a squirrel I had living in my loft. They came round first thing in the morning and within a couple of hours the squirrel was gone and he had sealed up all entry points. Got 'Em Out! Absolutely fantastic physical and customer service. Trevor did a prompt home inspection at my old property and clearly showed me all the places where mice were getting in and explained how they would rid the property of mice and guarantee they don't return. I'm really happy they don't use poison and I'm even happier I'm no longer tormented and embarrassed by mice. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

For at least 9 long months me an my wife had an issue with mice in are bathrooms we tried many different ways to sort the problem but nothing worked we even brought a cat. Mohammed responded to my enquiry super quickly and was round the same day. He quickly identified where the rats were getting in and recommended a drains survey (he can’t do this himself). He laid bait which got shot of the current rats and the drains survey subsequently showed the issue which we then had dealt with. He follows up after 3 weeks to check all was ok. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again (but hopefully won’t have to!!!)

I’d highly recommend this company for anyone dealing with pests in their home. We’ve had them handle mice, roaches and bedbugs in our flat and each time they’ve eradicated the problems quickly and efficiently. They are really quick to respond when contacted and came as soon as it suited us. Gabriel is very knowledgeable, explains everything clearly and has checked up on us to see if the problems have persisted after treatments. I hope I don’t have to deal with more pests in the future but if I do, I’ll be calling Bon Accord.
