Catch It Pest Control are just fab. They answered a late call and had Matt Smith come over so soon the morning after. He was super reassuring and helped me through the worst mouse phobia! The problem was over within a day and in glad to say I haven't seen another mouse in well over a month now. Extremely happy with the service!

Great service from company and Matt in particular. He carried out a very thorough evaluation of the area, made multiple visits to check traps, used legal humane methods, and blocked up all holes as well as gave really great advice for future and how to avoid future issues. Matt was also really friendly, easy to have around, and is knowledgeable on his trade which helped put my mind at ease. Definitely recommend this company.

I stumbled across Catch It Pest Control's website on chance (perhaps by divine intervention), after battling clothes moths for over a year now. Despite me being out of their catchment area, Matt was unbelievably helpful in advising me the best way to tackle this ongoing infestation and he has genuinely improved my mental health knowing there is hope in fighting these pests! If you have any pest lurking around...London Pest Solutions is the best company to call. I lived in a poorly maintained rental accommodation where the landlord was extremely unhelpful and due to his poorly structured property I had two pest issues. My landlord provided me the number for London Pest Solutions as I had two rats in the property. This of course is distressing and at the time I did not think there was anyway I would get rid of them and if I did it would take a long time as when I was a child we had this issue and used a well known company that could not get rid of them quickly. I first met Alex when he came to take a look and literally within a week we didn't have the problem. I then incurred a second issue which was cockroaches which then breeder really quickly and were everywhere. Alex attended again and within a few days they all disappeared. I then recommended his services to family and friends and my mum used his services for red ants. I have now moved and kept his number and this morning I found drain moth larvae and as I did not know what it was I called Alex in the morning sent him the picture and he said he could be with me within a couple of hours. Alex is always professional and me being so frightened of any pests I will only ever rely on his services because he has always managed to get the job done and quickly. I would highly recommend his services to anyone experiencing this issue as it is the most distressing thing to have in your home and thanks to Alex i feel at ease as I have had the experience of his services before. He always prices reasonably and is the most polite person to come into your home. Will always use his services!

I cannot speak highly enough of Alex. He attended same day, and on time and was incredibly thorough in his work. He proofed my kitchen for mice and explained everything he did along the way. He was clean, tidying up after himself as he went, and I cannot recommend this technician enough. I would not hesitate to phone him again if/when I need his services.

Superb job. We had a wasps nest that managed to make its way into the attic. We contacted EcoCare and they were very responsive and booked us in. EXCELLENT - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I was hearing mice scratching around. Stephen visited and very carefully looked for all entry points. He also checked for mouse droppings and evidence. He placed mouse poison strategically outside the house. The following week, Daniel visited and checked how much they had consumed. He re-checked for entry points and added some more bait. He also spotted a developing issue of flies in one of the drains. Both worked very thoroughly and explained the situation and our options. They did not rush and took their time to effectively deal with the issues. They are professional and do an extremely good job at a reasonable price. Many thanks!

I had the best experience working with Stephen and Greenpest (despite the wasp infestation!). Stephen visited the premise within 24 hours of my call and was immediately able to identify the source and returned to take care of the "wasp problem" in a super quick turnaround time. I contacted greenpest in the morning and they responded quickly. They attended our house in St John’s Woods shortly after. The communication was great and recommendations clearly given. Contacted GreenPest for an inspection report at our premises. There were no issues expected but it was good to get the sign off from a professional along with some recommendations for future proofing too. Stephen was an excellent communicator with good timekeeping. He was diligent (which you want from a pest control service) where so many previously have almost sleepwalked through the premises. He took the time to not only make recommendations of possible problem areas but also explain why they could become problematic and how to go about resolving them. I have used these incredible guys twice now. Once at an older property where we went through 4 pest controls with rats, all put down bait and sticky traps and nothing happened, I was heavily pregnant and so upset as I kept seeing rats and it seemed these companies didn’t care and just kept charging me for doing nothing. Tony and his lovely son came and was the first company who looked at WHERE they were coming in, there and then they spent time investigating, found the entry and exit points and resolved the problem. Fast forward to today, moved into a new lovely home and woke up with a fruit bowl eaten and blood everywhere.. rats again. So wasted no time in calling Tony and he was with me within 45 minutes, found the problem and resolved it.. was in all the holes, unscrewing cabinets and found entry and exit point… these guys are real life heroes! Couldn’t recommend enough

Delighted to stumble across this firm. Lovely father and son with very practical advice who took charge of my pest issue quickly and efficiently. Living bordering fields, with problems such as hornets, rats and other furry invasive species it can be hard to get the balance right. I’ve had other firms in who simply were not as enthusiastic about the issues, or of providing such sensible effective solutions. We will definitely use them again. Well done!

On a Saturday morning I found a dead fox in my garden. I searched online and found a good quote on Bover's PVDC website. I left a message through their website. In minutes I had a reply that they can come later on that morning. An hour later I had a call that they are on their way and in few hours since contacting them, they already came and removed the fox from my garden. Excellent communication and pleasure to deal with.
