Sonny was so helpful & professional in treating a bed bug infestation I found. He arranged to come round the day after I called, arrived on time, treated my room within an hour, explaining the products he used & how they worked. We scheduled for another treatment a few weeks later, where he had the expertise to use a different insecticide to combat resistance. It was such a relief to have someone so friendly & reassuring to help tackle this problem, all for a reasonable price too. Thank you!

Incredible service from Joe and Ben ! We called many different pest companies to help us get rid of our pigeon problem. Simply the pest were by far the most professional, competent and reasonably priced. They built us a net on our rooftop to keep the pigeons out. I was so impressed by how well thought through it was and how good it looks!! They went above what was expected to make sure we were happy and nothing was too much trouble. I rang this morning to get a quote for an issue with maggots! I had rang round a load of other company’s and had been quoted roughly £200. Joseph was personable, honest, gave me advice on how to deal with it and said that no spray or product could actually get rid of this issue. That other companies will potentially rip me off for a lot of money! He told me the things I could do in order to wait it out. And he has saved me a lot of money! Mark was able to come out at very short notice to sort our pigeon problem. They'd been roosting for quite some time before we moved into the property and had created quite the mess but Mark cleaned this all up and installed pigeon spikes on all potential pigeon spots for my peace of mind. We're very happy with his service and would highly recommend.

Absolutely thrilled with the work completed by Mark and team today. My roof was an absolutely mess and now I can be proud of it. No pigeons harmed in the process and the mess was cleared from under the panels and from the gutters! They even threw in a bit of driveway cleaning too. I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt okay and knew about the processes and treatments they were doing. Professional, friendly service given at a reasonable price. Moving to a more rural area we knew wildlife ( aka rats) might be on the agenda. Seeing 2 outside wasn’t a problem but then one decided to try our roof space- not so happy with that - being kept awake by gnawing!! The council referred us to AGS and they came in good time, surveyed the area, left disincentives for them. Result no more rats ( for now no doubt) but good advice given on how to deter our unwanted house guests. Very pleased with the service and would recommend every time.

From the outset, the experience of dealing with AGS One has been hugely positive. Illary was very helpful and Dan, who came to my house, was very knowledgeable, extremely thorough and very helpful. When we had a problem with rats in our house, AGS pest control were very efficient and reasonably priced. Their representative, Dell, was clear on what had to be done and explained his method of dealing with the problem in a pleasant and accessible way. Dell visited us 3 times and checked for signs of rats in the house as well as checking outside for the ways they were getting in and gave us good advice on how to fix it. Happily, AGS solved our problem with rats. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dell and AGS.

Mohammed responded to my enquiry super quickly and was round the same day. He quickly identified where the rats were getting in and recommended a drains survey (he can’t do this himself). He laid bait which got shot of the current rats and the drains survey subsequently showed the issue which we then had dealt with. He follows up after 3 weeks to check all was ok. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again (but hopefully won’t have to!!!)

Mohammed was professional, on time and incredibly thorough (as one needs to be with eliminating rats!). He was also kind and made me feel comfortable when asking all sorts of questions. Sani is great. He is reliable and honest person and great professional. His price is absolutely affordable. His time keeping is exceptional. I found him on Google, read his reviews and he did not disappoint. We had roof rat issues and he fixed it promptly. We had not heard about the rats ever since.

I cannot recommend Sani enough. He treated our house for fleas. He is highly knowledgable and efficient. He returned for a final visit at no extra cost and said to call if any more problems. No need for form filling and waiting for call backs. Just friendly, easy and professional !

We had an issue with mice in some of the flats in our student accommodation and have been using Mr Sani’s services to treat the areas and get rid of the pests. I am not exaggerating when I say we will never use anyone else’s services but Mr Sani and I couldn’t recommend him enough.
