Excellent from the start. Michaela and Caitlin were responsive and helpful on the phone. Paul was fantastic with his 2 visits for rodent control. Edward (proofing) was legend: never seen a guy work with such care, precision, pride in his work and thoroughness - above and beyond, and tireless.

I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt okay and knew about the processes and treatments they were doing. They have great customer service as well and are very responsive and happy to answer any questions! The whole experience was way less stressful thanks to their team :)

Beaver Pest Controller agent Darren has been so amazing , and extremely Helpful and efficient, very polite and professional. He pays attention to detail and make sure you are happy with the service before he leaves . Very informative and knows his job very well when it comes to explaining the cause of why there might be a situations with pest in the house. I would recommend everytime we have a pest problem. I cannot recommend Sani enough. He treated our house for fleas. He is highly knowledgable and efficient. He returned for a final visit at no extra cost and said to call if any more problems. No need for form filling and waiting for call backs. Just friendly, easy and professional !

We had an issue with mice in some of the flats in our student accommodation and have been using Mr Sani’s services to treat the areas and get rid of the pests. I am not exaggerating when I say we will never use anyone else’s services but Mr Sani and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He is able to make time for any job requested even with the shortest of notice, and the quality of his work is excellent, we never get any pests returning after Mr Sani has treated the area, his service is unmatched!

Sonny was so helpful & professional in treating a bed bug infestation I found. He arranged to come round the day after I called, arrived on time, treated my room within an hour, explaining the products he used & how they worked. We scheduled for another treatment a few weeks later, where he had the expertise to use a different insecticide to combat resistance. It was such a relief to have someone so friendly & reassuring to help tackle this problem, all for a reasonable price too. Thank you!

Having to consider anti pigeon netting for my small 4th floor balcony I was dreading the search for a reliable trader. I saw a Pest Piper van parked near me and decided to try them first. I was very pleased I did from the first contact when I was given a clear quote but was not put under pressure to make a decision. When I did decide to go ahead Shahid dealt with me pleasantly and promptly. The installation was done quickly and well despite some small issues, the finishing touches were completed soon after and there was no urgency to pay before full completion! Outstanding service highly recommend I was impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. They were quick to schedule an appointment, and the technician Rupon thoroughly inspected the area and quickly identified where the mice may have entered in from. He took the time to explain his plan in detail, showing me exactly where the problem areas were and then covered up the holes. I then had a follow-up visit to ensure everything was still sealed and secure, which I thought was a great touch I haven't seen any signs of mice since then.
