We had an issue with bedbugs in our flat in Bethnal Green. Sahid came out the next day and dealt with the issue swiftly, returning for free around a week later when a few of the bugs came back. I really appreciated Sahid's targeted approach, taking his time to locate the nest and exterminate, rather than fumigating the entire flat (as other pest control people were recommending). We managed to avoid washing all our fabrics unnecessarily and so far have been bug free. Sahid was really friendly, offered good advice, and was very knowledgeable. Mark and his team were very helpful. All our questions were answered. The email sent in advance was very useful with lots of information. Having done lots of research their prices were very reasonable and their admin / invoicing was slick and efficient . No one likes spending money on pest control, but I can’t fault the pestgone team. They were knowledgeable, polite, arrived on time and explained all the treatment that was taking place.

They not only caught, killed and removed the rat - they then rodent-proofed my home. All done in a calm, kind and clean manner. Top-notch service! And very reassuring with it.

Chris was efficient, punctual and provided good service, he removed the decomposing fox and disinfected the area in the pouring rain. I checked the area a few days later and it was if nothing was ever there. I would happily use his services again.

Enzo is a real professional. From the moment he arrived at our flat, we were totally reassured that the situation (a rat!) would be dealt with thoroughly. Enzo is methodical and meticulous; he carefully assessed our flat, filled any holes and laid out deterrents. He explained each step on the way and was ready to answer any question. We were lucky that our landlord covered the expense, however Enzo itemised how he'd charge for the job and his fee was very competitive. I'd highly recommend Enzo's services.

Gerry (The Wasp Man) - professional and super helpful, cleared up the wasp nest in my in laws house and came to check it had all been cleared and also checked out house that was next door. Such great service and would 100% recommend.

I spoke to Gerry (The Wasp Man) from Total Pest Control about the wasp nest in our conservatory and he was there within the hour to deal with it. He was extremely professional, explained all about the procedure before doing a thorough examination to see the extent of the infestation. Great job by a professional. I called Gerry and he asked for video to help see where the wasps were going in and out of the nest hidden in a tree stump in the garden. He was in the area and made it to mine within an hour . He treated the nest and the wasps were cleared within another hour!

Gerry has now removed 2 wasps nests for us, one in our shed and one in the roof of our house. On both occasions Gerry got back to us really quickly and dealt with the problem efficiently and speedily with no mess. He is very personable and we would thoroughly recommend.

Incredible service from Joe and Ben ! We called many different pest companies to help us get rid of our pigeon problem. Simply the pest were by far the most professional, competent and reasonably priced. They built us a net on our rooftop to keep the pigeons out. I rang this morning to get a quote for an issue with maggots! I had rang round a load of other company’s and had been quoted roughly £200. Joseph was personable, honest, gave me advice on how to deal with it and said that no spray or product could actually get rid of this issue. That other companies will potentially rip me off for a lot of money! He told me the things I could do in order to wait it out. And he has saved me a lot of money! I ordered two heavy duty screen doors. Beaver Pest Control not only delivered a high quality product but also exceptional customer service. Mick Tierney carried out the initial assessment and managed my customer experience from start to finish. He was extremely professional and pleasant. He was also very understanding of my requirements. He kept in touch throughout and even called on the install day to check that all was going well. It was! Dave called me to arrange a day to fit the doors. He arrived yesterday (12/05) on time and was also professional and very pleasant. He did a great job (photos attached) and was very respectful of my home. I've had a lot of work carried out at my home by various companies. Some failed to deliver to the standard they promised which I find unacceptable and refuse to accept. I'm pleased to say Beaver Pest Control excelled. I rate them very highly.
