Having been let down by another company - this was a great service! Was able to book an urgent appointment for the next day and Reece did an excellent job - he could not have been more thorough and really took his time to explain things. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt okay and knew about the processes and treatments they were doing. They have great customer service as well and are very responsive and happy to answer any questions! The whole experience was way less stressful thanks to their team :)

Gabriel responded to my initial email and was out treating my property within 24 hours. He was very thorough with his work and there were no further sighting after his initial visit. He came out for a second check up a couple of weeks later and put in further measures to help calm my nerves. Gabriel is very professional and sensitive to the situation at hand. Absolutely impressed with the service provided and genuinely couldn't have asked for a better service. We had an initial issue of mice running around and discovered we had quite a few holes around the house but managed to find the main hole the mice initially came in and out of. There was an initial consultation where the team had covered the holes but we found that the mice had been biting through the very next day which wasn't a problem because the team had come again, and sealed up the hole and surrounding areas, which was a great sign as the mice had died from eating the sealant used to cover the holes. The team had given us many tips for future-proofing such as traps to use, areas to keep an eye on and signs of mice droppings. Would 100% use the service again and ask for assistance as we've managed to get rid of our mice! Thanks again team!

Gabriel was absolutely amazing from the start to finish of his service. My sister and I were extremely distressed when we noticed mouse droppings throughout our rented flat after some time away, and after contacting Bon Accord, we had an appointment with Gabriel as soon as suited us. He detected the issues and set about resolving them with swift efficiency, enabling two mice to be caught in the next few days. He also noted other issues in the flat which he compiled into a report which was very valuable in showing my landlords. Further, Gabriel provided a follow-up visit and has been so helpful at answering our queries since the initial visit. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Bon Accord more and was extremely impressed with their professional and pleasant service!

Gabriel is a thorough professional in his trade. He promptly arrived within 24hrs of reaching out to him for a mouse sighting. He resolved the problem and visited after two weeks for a follow up. Having to consider anti pigeon netting for my small 4th floor balcony I was dreading the search for a reliable trader. I saw a Pest Piper van parked near me and decided to try them first. I was very pleased I did from the first contact when I was given a clear quote but was not put under pressure to make a decision. When I did decide to go ahead Shahid dealt with me pleasantly and promptly. The installation was done quickly and well despite some small issues, the finishing touches were completed soon after and there was no urgency to pay before full completion! I cannot recommend Simply the pest enough, Lee and Joe have both been so professional, kind and considerate to my elderly mum who had a very persistent rat in her house, nothing has been to much trouble for them, they have come out several times and very promptly, they have gone above and beyond to make her feel confident in what they have done and they are so reasonable with their prices. I rang this morning to get a quote for an issue with maggots! I had rang round a load of other company’s and had been quoted roughly £200. Joseph was personable, honest, gave me advice on how to deal with it and said that no spray or product could actually get rid of this issue. That other companies will potentially rip me off for a lot of money! He told me the things I could do in order to wait it out. And he has saved me a lot of money! He said he would send someone out next week if we still had the issue. What incredible service! Thank you!

Incredible service from Joe and Ben ! We called many different pest companies to help us get rid of our pigeon problem. Simply the pest were by far the most professional, competent and reasonably priced. They built us a net on our rooftop to keep the pigeons out. I was so impressed by how well thought through it was and how good it looks!! They went above what was expected to make sure we were happy and nothing was too much trouble. Sani is great. He is reliable and honest person and great professional. His price is absolutely affordable. His time keeping is exceptional. Last night at around 11 p.m., I found a few maggots in the house. They looked like they were coming in from outside. I opened the door to find THOUSANDS of maggots marching their way towards the house. They had appeared from nowhere. I have handled maggots before but the scale of this was enormous and I really felt invaded. We called around and the only people who said they would come (by now it was midnight on a Saturday) was Joseph from Simply the Pest. He kept in contact to let us know the arrival time. He turned up with a colleague and said he'd never seen anything like it. He tried to find the source, cleared up the thousands of maggots (yeuk) and sprayed the area. He warned me that it might only be temporary but at least I could go to sleep. Joseph seems to have done the trick and there were none there this morning thankfully. I am SO grateful to Joseph and Simply the Pest for helping rather than saying there was nothing they could do like the other companies and for sorting out the problem so efficiently and effectively. 5* rating doesn't express my gratitude and I recommend the company wholeheartedly!

Joseph was very helpful and came in time to inspect the issue I reported and explained to me clearly of where the rat came from and the how the bat can kill the rat. Additionally, he also send the report to me for the communication with the landlord and agency. Highly recommend it!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I cant thank enough Joe, the pest control officer for all that he did. I have mice problems and I am absolutely petrified, I reached out to my local council but they were beyond rubbish. Took me 4 months just to been seen but Joe made me his top priority and came out to do the job efficiently and quickly. Joe also reassured me that any problems I can contact him and he will be there asap!!! I also wanted to add that what Joe and his team do isnt just helping people with pest control issues, its beyond that. I have a phobia of rodents and my mental health started to deteriorate fast knowing I have mice in my flat. Joe has gone above and beyond to assure me the job is at the best standard. Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. Oscar was wonderful and I can’t recommend his services highly enough. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing so I understood. He also quoted the best price of all the pest companies I contacted as well as offering the earliest appointment.
