Wow, what a really good service. The buttons on both my BMW fobs had eventually stopped working though I could still access the car with the keys and start it with the fob against the steering column. I called this company and explained the issue. They said they could help and after due diligence (photo of my ID and proof of car ownership) they sent a technician within 45 minutes. 45 minutes later I had 2 new BMW fobs, programmed and fully working. I was still able to keep the old ones. The cost of both was less than purchasing and having programmed just one from BMW - plus I didn't have to drive to a BMW dealer and wait for hours. I can't rate UK auto locksmith highly enough. Technician was excellent and was happy to explain everything and give me options too.

Honestly can't fault these guys. Lost my car keys on a Sunday afternoon i called a few places who couldn't come out to me till the Monday afternoon. These guys where with me super fast and got me driving again. The driver kept me updated me on his eta he took no more than 20 minutes to get the job done. Very reasonably priced too.

My faith in customer service is restored. Tior (I think is his name) arrived just as promised, and was really quick to replace the broken key, and more than happy to demonstrate the new key then fully operational. He also told me about opening the drivers door when locked, with the button below the handle which I didn't know was there. So very happy indeed and will certainly be recommending you guys when this service is required. Thanks again.

TLDR: Go with London Locks, you won’t regret it. London Locks has a lot of wonderful reviews talking about their; great service, craftsmanship, timeliness to attend jobs, excellent communication skills, accurate quotes and billing, and how they are highly trained and trusted within their profession and members of the Master Locksmiths Association. I agree with all of this and I could write a review detailing how they provided this service for me and more, but what impressed me most about the team was their absolute integrity as a business and commitment to keeping people as safe as possible in their homes. I walked into London Locks to complete what was meant to be a simple errand on my lunch break to get a spare key cut for my front door, after replacing the locks a few months previously with a different locksmith that I found on Google. The team at London Locks took one look at my house keys and knew that the locks on my front door were sub par, and were not the high security and fire safe locks that I had requested to be fitted, and charged a very high price for by a different rouge locksmith. The top lock was a 5 pin rim cylinder, and the bottom lock was a 3 lever deadlock which was only designed for an interior door like a bedroom. Like a lot of people, I had just googled local locksmiths and went with a rouge contractor that seemed reputable and could do the work straight away, and naively paid the price. They knew immediately that I had been scammed by someone who was not skilled at all, known as “49er’s” within the trade for quoting a low initial price, often £49 and dramatically increasing the actual price when they are on the doorstep, breaking the law known as doorstep selling and using a Bait and Switch scam that is unfortunately very common. London Locks gave me quotes for different (actually) high security and fire safe locks along with a door chain, and came to fit a Finfort dual lock set up, with a night latch and deadlock version within a week. I got the version with a thumb turn inside for fire safety. Not only did London Locks do their job as a locksmith as you would expect and fit exceptionally secure locks that are 3 star kitemarked and approved by the police as being pretty much the best, Lloyd also encouraged me to report my original fraudulent locksmith to my bank to try and reclaim some of my money back, and provided me with the evidence and the legal terminology that I needed to do this. They went above and beyond as a team to keep me safe in my home; I don’t have the expertise in locks that they do, and I didn’t realise that I’d been scammed and would have been naively happy, thinking that my home was really secure when it wasn’t. I am beyond grateful.

Completely brilliant and professional set up. The Lock had broken on our iron gate and was welded in. Appointment arranged quickly via WhatsApp. Price competitive. Turned up when promised and the work was carried out efficiently and effectively. And, to top it all off, they use electric/pedal bikes to get round London so are doing their bit for the environment too (and I didn't have to worry about parking permits). 100% recommended.

I was really happy with Ashley from London Locks who offered friendly, honest and informed advice on my lock change having just moved into a new house. He was punctual and carried out the work without mess, damage or delay, changing 3 locks in an hour and a half. He even offered to come back the next day on the way to another local job free of charge to install more options I was considering. The budget was fair and transparent in advance of the job. I would recommend London Locks as a reliable locksmith and will come back to them if I need any work doing.

Great service. Came to my house at the agreed time, quickly opened my locked cabinet, then went away, made me a new key and returned within the hour. Very friendly and efficient.

They made a copy of key within 2 minutes of me entering shop! Well I guess I was lucky as there was no queue at the time. Just tested key at home and it works like the original one! Friendly staff and highly recommend to anyone who needs to make a copies of your keys! Excellent service for £5 per key (worth noting , that my key was simple (probably cheap lock), so price can be higher for your keys if they are more "fancy" ....)

I really can't recommend these guys enough. I called on the Thursday afternoon needing the locks changed on my new house and was booked in immediately for the Friday lunchtime. Rob arrived exactly on time, did a great job and was so friendly and helpful. He also gave me loads of tips on home security which were much appreciated. I could not be happier with the service from G K Locksmiths, they are easily the best company I have dealt with while renovating my house, if I could award more than 5 stars I would and so I wanted to write them a detailed review! Quote: I spoke to 3 locksmith companies in total, G K Locksmiths quote came in the cheapest, and unprompted they provided the British Standard regulatory numbers to which their locks comply. On top of this, I was getting a thumb-turn installed and had initially planned to have it on the bottom lock of my two lock door, G K locksmiths rang up and explained it would be cheaper to install the thumb-turn on the upper lock as it means I could keep my brass handles and plates on the bottom lock, this saved me nearly £100 despite that being a loss in profit for them! Installation: When it came to installation G K Locksmiths were able to come to my house first-thing at 8.30 am so I could fit in the appointment before going to work and not have to take any time off. Rob, who installed my locks was a really nice, knowledgable, friendly bloke. The lock installation was top quality and Rob even advised me on where to get an extra set of keys cut closer to my house than G K Locksmiths office. As an example of the quality of work Rob provided, even though we were reusing my plates and handles on the bottom lock, he still took them off and straightened them so that they are more aesthitacly pleasing. Finally, I work in green-materials and recycling and when I got chatting to Rob about this he told me that G K Locksmiths recycle all their scrap metal and brass, along with the cardboard and plastic the locks come in which is great to hear! Overall: Great Service, great people, great value for money. Couldnt be happier

Was sceptical at first as you have to pay before they can come out but after speaking with them on the phone i was assured that they were a trusted company. Perfect service! I required a new lock on the front door after the original broke, I was able to easily arrange a suitable time for the job to be completed with extra keys provided. Mase arrived promptly within the time slot and completed the job to a very high standard, cleaning up previously poorly completed work to improve the aesthetic of the door. Would highly recommend!

Great company! They replied promptly both on the phone and whatsapp. Even if wasn’t an emergency they came out on the same day which is also on a Saturday. Mase has been fantastic, he removed his shoes before coming in and he has been extremely professional and precise. He had to change a lock that wasn’t working and he promptly replaced it with a high quality one. He also filled and retouch any little snagged to the door. He provided two keys a with the locks and told me that of their 6 months warranty period which is a piece of mind. He also took the time to make some adjustments in the other lock that was working but that needed a little tweaking and he has even added a plate in the other lock to match the other one all included in the original price! Five stars because I can’t give more!

Highly recommend!!! Perfect work on motorcycle chip key duplication. I tried no less than 10 locksmiths, including many who claim to be able to copy car keys, but only this one succeeded in duplicating my motorcycle key. He has advanced key duplication machines and extensive experience, and will test with other keys before officially cutting the key to ensure that your raw key will not be destroyed. Copy the chips is also fast. He also has many raw chips keys , and they are much cheaper than the original raw keys I bought on ebay. He arrived on time and was very nice and friendly.
