Top service from Tom! He was out within 30 minutes of me calling him (I’d locked myself out of my flat - d’oh) and did a great job. Got me back in and with a new lock on my door quickly and easily. Really reasonable pricing and nice guy too.

I locked myself out the house on a Saturday evening, it happens to the best of us! I phoned Tom and he arrived in 10 Mins, he was fast, efficient and a delight to talk to! Gave me a reasonable price up front, explained the work required and replaced the lock with a secure, quality lock with 5 keys! If you ever get locked out or need expert advice on locks and security, Tom is your man.

Really excellent service. Scott came to change my locks within 24/7 of asking for an appointment (it was a non-urgent request). He cleaned up a very botched job that was done previously and was price competitive. He was responsive over message and lovely in person. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect service! I required a new lock on the front door after the original broke, I was able to easily arrange a suitable time for the job to be completed with extra keys provided. Mase arrived promptly within the time slot and completed the job to a very high standard, cleaning up previously poorly completed work to improve the aesthetic of the door. Would highly recommend!

Was sceptical at first as you have to pay before they can come out but after speaking with them on the phone i was assured that they were a trusted company. They were here within 20 minutes after completing the payment and Mace did an excellent job of repairing the door handle and lock. Great service with a competitive price. Highly recommended

Great company! They replied promptly both on the phone and whatsapp. Even if wasn’t an emergency they came out on the same day which is also on a Saturday. Mase has been fantastic, he removed his shoes before coming in and he has been extremely professional and precise. He had to change a lock that wasn’t working and he promptly replaced it with a high quality one. He also filled and retouch any little snagged to the door. He provided two keys a with the locks and told me that of their 6 months warranty period which is a piece of mind. He also took the time to make some adjustments in the other lock that was working but that needed a little tweaking and he has even added a plate in the other lock to match the other one all included in the original price! Five stars because I can’t give more!

I brought a pair of male shoes for the sole heel part to be replaced as they were very worn off. The man told me that he would just fix them instead of putting a new heel, and at a price that wasn't as much as buying a new pair of shoes. 6 months later, and countless times after wearing the shoes fixed, the job he made really stands heavy walks. Well done!
