Great company! They replied promptly both on the phone and whatsapp. Even if wasn’t an emergency they came out on the same day which is also on a Saturday. Mase has been fantastic, he removed his shoes before coming in and he has been extremely professional and precise. He had to change a lock that wasn’t working and he promptly replaced it with a high quality one. He also filled and retouch any little snagged to the door. He provided two keys a with the locks and told me that of their 6 months warranty period which is a piece of mind. He also took the time to make some adjustments in the other lock that was working but that needed a little tweaking and he has even added a plate in the other lock to match the other one all included in the original price! Five stars because I can’t give more!

Was sceptical at first as you have to pay before they can come out but after speaking with them on the phone i was assured that they were a trusted company. They were here within 20 minutes after completing the payment and Mace did an excellent job of repairing the door handle and lock. Great service with a competitive price. Highly recommended

I was recommended this company by a friend and they did not disappoint. I have recently moved house and needed all my locks changed. From the beginning to the end all team members that attended my property were extremely professional, well mannered and knowledgeable. There were a few technical issues which their expertise and experience helped solve. Communication throughout the installation was excellent as it was a big job that required a number of visits and everything was sorted out promptly. A specific mention regarding Marlon and his team. That man is a perfectionist and is not happy until you are happy.

Dan was great, very responsive and really knowledgeable. When I explained my situation, he didn’t come out with silly prices just because he could, instead he suggested a very reasonable solution rather than just say we need to replace the whole thing that would cost an arm and a leg like I got from some others. Really good to work with, I would recommend.

Excellent and quick service! Despite needing assistance on the evening of New Years Day, a locksmith was with me in 30minutes. I phoned up to explain the issue, and a plan of action was discussed (quoted prices included), then the locksmith came to carry out the plan we’d agreed. Good old fashioned service from skilled professional people who don't just talk themselves up but are genuinely experts and know what they are doing. I've been there to the shop several times now and there are never any dramas. They're always on the ball and know what they're talking about. They also saved me money and explained that I didn't need a new mortise lock as the issue was with the key , not the lock.I also needed an extra fob recently and they programmed a new one in a matter of seconds and it worked perfectly. It's very rare nowadays to find a company that's consistently reliable and professional but Callow locksmiths really are exactly that. Prices are reasonable too. Long may they continue.

Ended up getting in touch with Callow after a more local locksmith let us down for a non urgent change of door locks. Appointment within a week, and when they were unexpectedly able to visit earlier in the day they rang to check if it would suit me better. Called about a lockout after my engineer left the keys in a flat whilst carrying out some electrical work. Arrived within the hour, took him 10minutes (as he was experienced), even dropped the keys back to the estate agents for me. Great service, Great prices and Great attitude.

Spent several hours on a Monday morning looking for my car keys to no avail. Couldn’t risk not getting to work again so contacted auto locksmith. Got in touch very quickly, arrived within 45mins as stated and managed to produce a replacement car key in about the same time. Life is now back on track as a result of a quick service. Fixed my Garmin Fitbit watch strap for £10. Very upfront with cost, time it would take etc. No complaints whatsoever. Open till 6 on weekdays, 5.30 on Saturday, closed Sun. RECOMMEND if you are in Canada Water/SE16 and need your: watch strap fixing or keys cut etc.
