i was locked out my car 10pm in a petrol station. Called city auto locksmith london and he came immediately, within 30 minutes he was with me and working on accessing the car…. No damage at all and even cut a 2nd key on the spot….. absolutely brilliant service start to finish. I recommend jim at city auto locksmith London as a must if you unfortunately need help with car lockout/keys. A+++++++

Really impressed by Jim. He came round to identify the problem (knackered ignition barrel) on my old car with parts therefore obviously harder to come by. 24 hours later he had sourced a part and driven to collect it and had fixed the issue for me. Can't recommend enough and will give his details to anyone in a similar spot to me. Trustworthy, good communication, top bloke!

I had two key blanks - supplied by parts agent for the car make - that required to be cut from original keys for a classic 1950’s car. After trying several locksmiths I was pointed in the direction of Paul at The Locksmiths shop in Cheam. On first visit he discovered I’d been supplied with the incorrect blanks and advised I contact the original supplier to receive the correct blanks. Three days later I returned with the correct blanks and Paul cut them within 10 minutes - both a perfect fit to the ignition and door locks. An outstanding service with Paul’s knowledge ensuring the first set of incorrect key blanks were not used, saving me his initial cost to cut them plus the cost of the incorrect key blanks. So pleased overall with their service I’ve made a further enquiry to replace some locks at our house.

Lock on my safe jammed in the locked position! I took it into the shop and they got it to open in about 15 minutes without damaging the lock or the safe. No fuss, no drama, just a very professional service. Thank you.

I really can't recommend these guys enough. I called on the Thursday afternoon needing the locks changed on my new house and was booked in immediately for the Friday lunchtime. Rob arrived exactly on time, did a great job and was so friendly and helpful. He also gave me loads of tips on home security which were much appreciated. Thank you so much to the two lovely staff at G K Locksmith who helped my daughter this afternoon. The clasp on her gold chain necklace had been jammed tightly closed and, despite many attempts, we had been unable to prise it open. My daughter has had keys cut at G K in the past, and they’ve always done a great job, so on a whim, we ducked in there to see if they could help with the recalcitrant clasp! The gentleman and lady in the shop couldn't have been nicer and, within minutes, they'd manoeuvred the clasp open. This was a big relief, as my daughter is getting married tomorrow and will be wearing a different necklace! The staff refused to take any payment either - they were such lovely people. So glad we popped in. 凸

Rang up at 7.20pm, requesting an emergency call out for a broken door. Gentleman explained the price, which we agreed to. Bruce arrived within 20 minutes of calling and sorted the problem quickly and professionally. The whole locking system (not sure of technical term) down the side of the front door had broken and I was unable to open the door. This was replaced and Bruce also sorted a minor problem on the other door. Good job and very reasonable price. Would recommend 👍

Excellent place I shopped around about 4 places trying to get a fob made these guys were the only company that were able to copy the fob for my new apartment block. I think they have a special machine. I imagine they can copy virtually any key

Highly recommend going here for all door/lock supplies as they’re extremely well stocked. Had an issue with the front door earlier this week. The lovely staff had to put up with seeing my face 4 times in one day as I had to keep going back until I got it right. They were super helpful and I managed to fix the issue thanks to them.

The service here is great, I went to have a custom made key cut and unfortunately it did not work. I called the shop and the locksmith came to my flat within minutes and fixed it. Highly recommend! They also copy fobs.

Door latch failed stopping me from entering my living room. Simon visited within half an hour. He fixed the problem. He then gave me advice on other doors. Could not fault his attitude and professionalism. I was unsure what his charge would be: call out fee, minimum charge, immediate service etc. I was astonished at how reasonable his price was. His main business is window and door replacement. I shall certainly use this business in the future.

This is the second time I have used Simon, the first time was a repair to a french door, and he also repaired the shoddy work of a previous locksmith at the same time. I needed a handle replacing today and didn't hesitate to call Simon. Brilliant, courteous, friendly service and someone who is now trusted and recommended by me to everyone. Called Simon out as barrel on front door corroded leaving me unable to shut or lock it. Came same day , changed it , five new keys and also fixed two windows which were locked open and wouldn't shut properly. Made good in no time ! All in all , very punctual , professional and an all round canny guy. Will defo recommend in future !
