Door latch failed stopping me from entering my living room. Simon visited within half an hour. He fixed the problem. He then gave me advice on other doors. Could not fault his attitude and professionalism. I was unsure what his charge would be: call out fee, minimum charge, immediate service etc. I was astonished at how reasonable his price was. His main business is window and door replacement. I shall certainly use this business in the future.

This is the second time I have used Simon, the first time was a repair to a french door, and he also repaired the shoddy work of a previous locksmith at the same time. I needed a handle replacing today and didn't hesitate to call Simon. Brilliant, courteous, friendly service and someone who is now trusted and recommended by me to everyone. I am moving in a few weeks and will get him to change the locks. Do not hesitate to add this guy to your contacts, you won't be disappointed.

Called Simon out as barrel on front door corroded leaving me unable to shut or lock it. Came same day , changed it , five new keys and also fixed two windows which were locked open and wouldn't shut properly. Made good in no time ! All in all , very punctual , professional and an all round canny guy. Will defo recommend in future !

Cannot recommend Simon highly enough. He came out 15 minutes after I called him & the job was done within 20 minutes. A really nice man to deal with & charges a very good price for the work he does. Will definitely be using him again!
