Couldn't get into my safe after a leaking battery damaged the circuitry. Contacted Tom who came over within a couple of hours...and the safe was tougher than expected with a locking system that was different than the run of the mill and tough steel (so a good safe!). Despite the difficulty, Tom persisted and won! Friendly, knowledgeable and a good chat too. Would highly recommend him!

Can't recommend these guys enough. Locked myself out of my house whilst walking the dog and they were at my property within half an hour to help me out and unlock the door. I'm at fault for not checking if the lock was in the right position after they left and they came back the following morning to reset the lock to the right position at no extra cost to me. When we locked out from our flat, other locksmith tends to break the whole lock and ask for ridiculous amount of price. However, Big C is so proficient, quick and didnt do any unnecessary damage to our door. Five stars service for sure.

Had a problem with a roller shutter first thing in the morning. Called them, and they were with me within 15 minutes. Drilled out the lock and got it working within 10 minutes. Spent another 10 minutes helping realign the shutter. Above and beyond. Excellent service, really nice guy. Very highly recommended

Spent several hours on a Monday morning looking for my car keys to no avail. Couldn’t risk not getting to work again so contacted auto locksmith. Got in touch very quickly, arrived within 45mins as stated and managed to produce a replacement car key in about the same time. Life is now back on track as a result of a quick service. I phone up yesterday with a problem with my back door which I could not lock securely I phoned up Bartletts and explained to the gentleman on what was wrong. He said before I send someone out I should do a couple of things, then leave it for half an hour which I did and low and behold it was problem solved, saving me the call out charge. After an attempted break-in which badly damaged my front door, I feel I was very fortunate to find ASL (by googling). They very quickly replaced the door with a much stronger one with all required locks, hinge bolts etc and at a price that the insurer’s loss adjusters found to be reasonable. They were very friendly and helpful, as I had absolutely no experience of dealing with a damaged front door. Really appreciated!
