I called Anthony to help change some locks for a recent tenant eviction with a bailiff we had booked. Anthony was absolutely brilliant - not only did he arrive on time and ready for action, he was also not fazed with dealing with a difficult tenant who refused to open the door. Anthony then changed the locks swiftly, provided good quality locks and quoted a very fair price. Anthony's guidance and support during the process was really refreshing...not only is he a skilled locksmith but also a top bloke to deal with. Having problems with my elderly mother's kitchen door, which had a jamming locking mechanism. Arranged for Anthony Taylor to come to her house, and he provided a first class service throughout. He arrived promptly, took time to diagnose the problem correctly, and when it became clear that obtaining replacement parts would be difficult, suggested an alternative fix which worked perfectly. Professional and polite throughout, Anthony gave useful advice on preventative maintenance and improving security further. Charges were very reasonable and I would not hesitate in recommending him to others.

We called Anthony when we needed to quickly change our lock as he had done some previous work on the flat that we were happy with. He responded quickly, advised us on the best (and most cost-efficient!) solution, and did a swift but thorough job. He not only swapped but upgraded our lock. Can't recommend these guys enough. Locked myself out of my house whilst walking the dog and they were at my property within half an hour to help me out and unlock the door. I'm at fault for not checking if the lock was in the right position after they left and they came back the following morning to reset the lock to the right position at no extra cost to me. I required a late night call-out in Hammersmith for a broken motorbike disc lock. The attending locksmith arrived within 10 minutes of my call and set about removing it. Communication was swift, pricing was very fair and transparent, and overall trustworthy and pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend BMS again.

After getting locked out, the operator immediately dispatched the locksmith who arrived within 15 minutes and was able to quickly get the door open. The locksmith, Nick, was very knowledgeable, and explained the lockout, how to avoid getting locked out, as well as some safety advice. Really impressed by the speed and service I received! After having my bag stolen last night with my keys inside, I was locked out of my bedroom. Spent several hours on a Monday morning looking for my car keys to no avail. Couldn’t risk not getting to work again so contacted auto locksmith. Couldn't get into my safe after a leaking battery damaged the circuitry. Contacted Tom who came over within a couple of hours...and the safe was tougher than expected with a locking system that was different than the run of the mill and tough steel (so a good safe!). Despite the difficulty, Tom persisted and won! Friendly, knowledgeable and a good chat too. Would highly recommend him!

I phone up yesterday with a problem with my back door which I could not lock securely I phoned up Bartletts and explained to the gentleman on what was wrong. He said before I send someone out I should do a couple of things, then leave it for half an hour which I did and low and behold it was problem solved, saving me the call out charge.
