My favorite and trusted black boots finally gave in not only to a tear along the heel seam but very worn and uneven soles. In addition to being my favorite they have a lot of sentimental value (they were my first purchase after getting a job out of grad school and one of the few pairs of shoes I brought with me in when I moved from france). The team not only went above and beyond to sew the tear, coming up with a creative, lasting, and barely noticeable solution but they buffed and cleaned them! I will now be coming back to bring all my beloved boots.

Highly recommend going here for all door/lock supplies as they’re extremely well stocked. Had an issue with the front door earlier this week. Panicked this morning when door lock failed and couldn’t get out of front door. Was surprised at the speed with which they sent Mihai. He was great! He fixed the lock in no time and noticed another security/fire risk I’ve just always lived with - and fixed it right then and there! Absolutely delighted with the response and workmanship.
