My favorite and trusted black boots finally gave in not only to a tear along the heel seam but very worn and uneven soles. In addition to being my favorite they have a lot of sentimental value (they were my first purchase after getting a job out of grad school and one of the few pairs of shoes I brought with me in when I moved from france). The team not only went above and beyond to sew the tear, coming up with a creative, lasting, and barely noticeable solution but they buffed and cleaned them! I will now be coming back to bring all my beloved boots.

Had a new strap fitted on a vintage watch - lots of options to pick from with fast and friendly service. The whole thing was completed in under 10 mins whilst I waited - would recommend!

I recently visited the shop to get a copy of my house keys made. Unfortunately, the first copy I received didn’t work when I tried it at home. I returned the next day, a bit concerned, but the owner was incredibly kind and professional. He apologized for the inconvenience and quickly made me a new copy, free of charge. The second key worked perfectly!

The service here is great, I went to have a custom made key cut and unfortunately it did not work. I called the shop and the locksmith came to my flat within minutes and fixed it. Highly recommend! They also copy fobs.

Excellent place I shopped around about 4 places trying to get a fob made these guys were the only company that were able to copy the fob for my new apartment block. I think they have a special machine. I imagine they can copy virtually any key

Highly recommend going here for all door/lock supplies as they’re extremely well stocked. Had an issue with the front door earlier this week. The lovely staff had to put up with seeing my face 4 times in one day as I had to keep going back until I got it right. They were super helpful and I managed to fix the issue thanks to them.

Panicked this morning when door lock failed and couldn’t get out of front door. Was surprised at the speed with which they sent Mihai. He was great! Couldn’t recommend more! They came as soon as they could and not only removed the broken key from the lock very quickly (and checked the lock confirming that it didn’t need changing) but also fixed our front door lock which had been a bit temperamental free of charge. I was pointed towards this shop from SDS London showroom in battersea SW11, it was the 3rd place i visited to cut keys. What can I say, the most comprehensive key blanks/types in south London at the very least. I was out in less than 10 minutes for 4 keys, with a discount! Never mind the keys (and their locks) come Denmark, meaning they were rare. Thank you so much guys.
