Briliant service from Scott! Phoned the previous night and he came in the morning, when he said he would. Not many people can repair access control, but Scott found the fault and repaired within an hour. Very, very fair price paid, highly recommended!

I really can't recommend these guys enough. I called on the Thursday afternoon needing the locks changed on my new house and was booked in immediately for the Friday lunchtime. Rob arrived exactly on time, did a great job and was so friendly and helpful. He also gave me loads of tips on home security which were much appreciated. I won't hesitate to call them next time I need a lock changed.

I have had two brilliant experiences with this business. Once when we were victims of a burglary and they came quickly to fix our door and add a new lock. Amazing and so understanding and also very reassuring after what was such a scary experience. Secondly, Rob just helped me over the phone- for free- to fix my window which wasn’t closing. I am always grateful for their genuine care and personable treatment. I’ve lived here for 12 years and I’ll always use these guys for all issues that may arise. Thank you Rob and the rest of you! The lock on my back door wasn't working and i was leaving the country in two days. I was in a bit of a panic. I sent the firm photos of the doors, locks and hinges. They came round within 2 hours. It took them 45 minutes to repair and it is working better than ever. The guy doing the work was five star pleasant. Only drawback is that it was a little pricey but I did know that in advance

Thank you so much to the two lovely staff at G K Locksmith who helped my daughter this afternoon. The clasp on her gold chain necklace had been jammed tightly closed and, despite many attempts, we had been unable to prise it open. My daughter has had keys cut at G K in the past, and they’ve always done a great job, so on a whim, we ducked in there to see if they could help with the recalcitrant clasp! The gentleman and lady in the shop couldn't have been nicer and, within minutes, they'd manoeuvred the clasp open. This was a big relief, as my daughter is getting married tomorrow and will be wearing a different necklace! The staff refused to take any payment either - they were such lovely people. So glad we popped in. 凸

They were fabulous! I messaged and arranged for them to come the next day with the price being transparent throughout which is always appreciated. They also were happy to help with an additional spare key that needed to be fixed which was great so I didn’t have to purchase 2 complete new ones. The guy who came same day diagnoses a problem the AA and a garage couldn’t solve (ignition switch and key issue). He worked on it quickly and explained this issue well. Was honest about the other issues I might face with the car going forward. Price was good. Really recommend.

Couldn't get into my safe after a leaking battery damaged the circuitry. Contacted Tom who came over within a couple of hours...and the safe was tougher than expected with a locking system that was different than the run of the mill and tough steel (so a good safe!). Despite the difficulty, Tom persisted and won! Friendly, knowledgeable and a good chat too. Would highly recommend him!

Best locksmith in UK, after over 50 locksmiths refusing to touch my car, I nearly lost hopes, until I found Aiden through a YouTube video, he assured me that he could fix it and we drove 150miles from Sheffield to London for him to do the job. Aiden carried out the job and run multiple test to ensure it was all good before we would drive back, he saved us from spending £1000’s at the main dealers! I would highly recommend him, his knowledge is on a level of it’s own, far beyond the average locksmith’s!
