I have used the service of Keystone Tutor preparing for 11 plus exam, for a period of roughly six months. Process of onboarding was really efficient and swift, tutoring of great quality. We have been helped to match to our needs with the perfect tutor - Donal Coonan. The key feature of the tutor was the very engaging tone that kept my ten-year-old boy really interested in the session. Quality of the explanation was really good, giving an intuitive sense on how to approach a problem. The tutoring was not only offering simple equations and tools, but a system of thinking and how to engage with a problem. Highly recommended the service as a top-end quality of tutoring which will leave a long-term print to the student.

Giuliano has been tutoring me and my sister for the past 6 years and has in all honesty been incredible. Giuliano helped me to achieve a grade A in maths A-Levels and I honestly could not have done it without his incredible support. He is super friendly and approachable. I always felt very comfortable to ask him to go over a question or topic that I didn't understand. He always explained key concepts very well, that had not been taught in school yet. This allowed me to get ahead and spend more time practicing exam questions rather than learning theory. As well as that he pushed me to become familiar with challenging questions so that questions in the actual exam did not seem daunting. Giuliano was always readily available. There was multiple times where I reached out to him via messaging to help me with a question I was stuck on even with the mark scheme. The matched tutors for Sociology and Geography A level were outstanding. I have consistently used Uber Tutors for my child since year 5, elevating their potential at different stages of their State and Comprehensive schooling. Uber Tutors coached my child through their dyslexia diagnosis, immediately understanding their needs and instilling confidence. They have now finished A levels top of their class and top three in their year for their chosen subjects, including A*s in Sociology and Geography. In total 3 x A* and 1 x A. I would not hesitate in recommending Uber Tutors and will encourage my teenager to access their coaching and support through university if needed.

I completed the Essay Crash Course during the summer before my final year at university. I hugely benefited from the process as I learned skills to finally understand what a university essay demands in order to achieve a first. This course closed the huge gap in teaching how to write a university level essay. I now feel equipped to complete my final year and hope to increase my marks from a 2:1 to a first as a result of the valuable tools learned during the course. My matched tutor was really helpful and gave in-depth explanations to give me confidence in the new method of writing, something I did not learn at university. During the course I worked on an example question from one of my university papers with my tutor which was a hugely valuable exercise. I now have a worked example alongside the explanations given during the sessions which I will use throughout my final year. I will now implement what I have learned from this course and make significant changes to my work which I hope will be the difference between a 2:1 and first class degree.

The tutor matched to me was very helpful. Her essay writing course contributed to my first year history average going from a mid 2.1 to a high 1 in second year. The course focused on structure and presentation of analytical ideas. Learning the basics again, even being 19 years old, proved to be incredibly helpful.

I looked for an essay writing summer tutor for my children as I feel the English system does not focus on teaching children how to present analytical thinking in written form but rather mainly on content. It seems to be assumed that the children will find their way to writing good essays (and clearly many do). However, coming from the American system, in which the process of HOW to write a good essay is taught almost as a standalone subject, I felt that my children would be best served going into a writing task with the strongest possible toolset so that the ideas and ultimately what to write would become their only challenge. How to write would be second nature. I contacted Tania at Uber Tutors after a lot of research and, via her incredibly personalised interview approach, she matched a fantastic tutor with my children. Over the course of the summer, they learned how to structure, present and write an argument. They also learned how to incorporate evidence, be it literary, historical or data driven. Not only do they now approach every school essay confidently (dare I say enthusiastically?) but their teachers have mentioned their writing skills to me across the curriculum. I cannot thank Tania and Uber Tutors enough.
