I have been a tutor at Tavistock for almost a year now and they are by FAR the best agency I have worked with! Their tutors are excellent, and their treatment of tutors is even better. They provide regular clients whose needs are perfectly aligned to the tutor's skills, making the process as simple as signing up! TAG has been our first and only choice for homeschooling. It has been a challenging decision to become homeschooled at year 7, but being part of TAG has made it a reassuring and positive experience. Felix and Holly have given Oscar the most creative and stimulating projects throughout the term. Their ability to understand the potential of a child and adapt the learning accordingly is amazing. Oscar has learned so much in such a short time. Each project has given Oscar a unique opportunity to combine multiple disciplines, and over time, work towards a final objective. TAG team has taken a special place in our lives and we value greatly all the effort TAG team puts in, not withstanding warm welcomes and friendly chats we share.

We went to TAG for additional support as my son prepared for the barrage of 11+ and senior school entry exams. All the team at TAG seem fabulous and so engaged in their work with the children but my son idolises his tutor, Felix. He's keen to go to his lesson, comes out beaming from ear to ear, AND has significantly accelerated his learning. They've loved Maths problem solving together and worked hard to build on my son's English comprehension and analysis skills. Felix is patient and creative in finding ways to embed the knowledge, whilst keeping the sessions vibrant and productive. Tailoring the sessions to what most needs to be worked on but adding in some of the things he's strong on to keep the confidence up. I would highly recommend TAG and Felix for both 11+ and more rounded educational support. Thank you.

We first had Gerard tutor our son for a short time to prepare for 10 plus entrance and it was very successful as he gained a scholarship. Our son has been struggling with GCSE maths and has been lacking confidence and we suggested getting a tutor and he asked for Gerard again. In 2 months, my son's confidence is so much higher and he says he understands what he does in school lessons much more clearly thanks to Gerard. Hopefully this understanding and confidence will carry on into the exams this summer. I just wanted to edit this to say, we received my son's GCSEs today and we are delighted with the result he achieved in maths, after starting the year barely scraping a 6. Jamie is a really excellent maths tutor. He worked with my Year 6 boy who had very low confidence in his maths abilities, and had become really nervous about tackling sums. Jamie worked with him slowly and surely to rebuild his confidence and help him to enjoy maths. As a result, by the end of Year 6 he did well in his SATS, had a completely different attitude and much more confidence. He actually enjoyed the lessons as they were so much fun with Jamie. I've been attending top tutors since late January. I'm currently getting 1 to 1 maths support with a tutor to help me with upcoming exams. I think the tutors are very skilled and have a good knowledge of how to help you with areas you are struggling with. Would recommend to anyone else who is struggling with their maths or even English. It's well worth the extra money for having the 1 to 1. I think all parents should go ahead and book an appointment to give their children a chance to get to where they want to go in life, this is going to help them.

My daughter attends this centre and she absolutely loves it. The brothers who teach her are amazing at what they do allahumma barik and she is always looking forward to going to class. It is also amazing that they have considered the homeschooling community and facilitated this for us during school times. If you are homeschooling and looking for somewhere to complement the work you do with your child or you want to test that your child is at the right level then this is a great place to come on Thursday at 1pm to 3pm as it is specifically for homeschooling families. They offer English, Maths and science.

I believe my son benefited from tutoring at Top Tutors in Roman road, in a very short period of time they managed to identify and fill the gaps in his knowledge which helped my son with passing the 11+ exam. I believe the tutors here are attentive and insightful, they prepare tasks based on each student’s individual level, they spare sufficient time to each student.
