Ace11Plus tuition has been great! Ash is a very experienced tutor and knowledgeable about various aspects of 11+ from materials/topics needed for various schools/boroughs to test techniques. He's been passionately sharing all that with the kids and making sure they know their areas of weaknesses and have a plan to improve on that. My son very much enjoyed the sessions and, while it felt a bit easy at first (while Ash was covering the basics), it soon became challenging enough and it helped tremendously with maintaining my son's motivation through 5Y (which is often a big challenge otherwise). Ash and his courses are very well organised and the materials (while not shared with parents), judging by regular performance statistics Ash shared (which is also quite useful), seemed were able to stretch even the most able pupils. Overall highly recommended!

My daughter enjoys attending Explore Learning in Orpington . She comes in for in centre tuition and online. Her experiences for both are very positive and she really enjoys the online tuition in particular . It gives great flexibility as a working parent and the tutor is there with her to ask for help when she needs it. We find the online tuition a positive outcome .

I am proud to say that my daughter has been with Explore Learning since 6 years old, and 5 years later (she is now 11) she had the support and encouragement through the years to excel at school....and for those parents interested....passed her 11+ grammar school exams. We found that Explore Learning provides rigour of learning at least once or twice a week. Therefore as children get older and need to do more, it is not a shock to the system. My son (6 years old) is now experiencing the same. Explore Learning also provided an independent view of how your child is progressing, which we found difficult to get from school outside of the standard parents evening. Finally, we managed to make the timings work where we dropped the kids in post school, which meant they were occupied for an hour....get back to work....and then do the pick up around 5pm. Hence no wrap around childcare needed :)

My daughter started at Explore Learning - Orpington at a time that we had struggled with her then undiagnosed ADHD. When she started in 2002 she was working toward in all subjects, fast forward to 2025 and she is at expected and greater depth in her maths and English. The staff are professional and able to work with children of all abilities. The managers Kasia and Rosie have been nothing but supportive. Highly recommend!

Two of my children attended Oakfield House Tuition and both of them passed the 11+ at a very high standard. One choosing to attend Beth’s Grammar and the other choosing to attend Dartford Grammar for boys. One of them used to say he didn’t think he’d been in there for 2 hours, that time passed quickly. Hifas has been helping my daughter who is in Year12 and is studying A level maths. We had been looking for a tutor for some time when somebody recommended him to us. Hifas is an excellent maths tutor who has been really good at explaining complex topics that my daughter hasn't been able to grasp during her lessons in school. My son has been tutored by Hifas since last July. Before having Hifas as a maths tutor, he struggled with his A-level Maths. I found the Online learning portal an excellent way for my son work on the gaps in his knowledge and for him to work towards the 11+ last year. The video explanations were comprehensive and easy to follow no matter the subject he chose. Riley could work at his own pace and loved the independent learning.
