I have used the service of Keystone Tutor preparing for 11 plus exam, for a period of roughly six months. Process of onboarding was really efficient and swift, tutoring of great quality. We have been helped to match to our needs with the perfect tutor - Donal Coonan. The key feature of the tutor was the very engaging tone that kept my ten-year-old boy really interested in the session. Quality of the explanation was really good, giving an intuitive sense on how to approach a problem. The tutoring was not only offering simple equations and tools, but a system of thinking and how to engage with a problem. Highly recommended the service as a top-end quality of tutoring which will leave a long-term print to the student.

Donal tutored my son for Common Entrance maths. He was really fantastic: patient, kind, excellent at explaining concepts. Dr Lampus is an excellent Chemistry tutor, he is helping my daughter towards achieving a top grade in her A level; he is always positive, approachable, and patient and prepared to help her with any query she might have. I tried Ivy Education with my daughter who was an IB student. This firm was truly beneficial for her and they helped us a lot to achieve her goals. I enjoyed my meeting with Yusuf and can see potential in our work together on my PS. My only issue is that I think he is too focused on the philosophical side of PPE as he suggested I read another philosophy book for my PS when I already mentioned one. Especially since for one university I’m applying to economics and politics (bath) as it doesn’t have PPE. So therefore, I would prefer if my PS is more well-rounded of all three subjects.

I received great A-Level and GCSE results and the tutors at LCC Learning were a focal point in my success. My children have been tutored by Cambridge Academic Tutors to prepare them for their 11+ and 13+ examinations. The team go above and beyond and genuinely care about their students. My son didn't like mathematics very much until he was taught by Richard. Richard helped him develop his confidence and encouraged him to work to his fullest potential. Richard has also really helped my children with interview practice and I'm so pleased that both my children have gotten into the secondary schools of their top choices. Elizabeth is also a fantastic English teacher. She teaches the subject with passion and expertise, and challenges her students in just the right way. Juliet and Richard are truly excellent teachers. They did a remarkable job in preparing my son for assessment for schools in Singapore(coming from Norway with mother tongue Norwegian) They made learning interesting and fun for him and he truly looked forward to and enjoyed every lesson. I recommend Juliet and Richard highly for their tutoring service. They worked with my son on 11+ exams through online lessons. Their lessons were effective, methodical and thorough. They set homework appropriately and reviewed his progress with me regularly. They were able to adapt the syllabus to his level and used different methods of teaching to impart their knowledge. Towards the date of the exams, they targeted areas he needed more help with, and also covered interview skills. With their help, we were able to secure a place at a top UK boarding school. We came to Westminster Tutors after discovering that the private school our child had attended for many years really didn't care that the predicted exam grade was not met. I was impressed immediately upon speaking to them and that has not changed at all. Our son has gone from a B in A grade Biology to an A* and entry to medicine at a Russell Group university. I cannot rate this college highly enough. The teaching and pastoral care is first rate. The teaching was tailored towards our particular circumstances - with a mix of in person and remote classes. After assessing the level of knowledge, the school focused on exam technique, which is a skill in itself - and this continued up to the week of the final A level exam. The school also gave lessons in how to undertake university interviews and draft personal statements. Communication with parents was also impressive, with the head also calling us occasionally to see if we had any concerns. We had none! One very happy child, one very happy family.

I cannot speak highly enough of Westminster Tutors. Our son had battled a series of long standing health issues which impacted severely the last two years at school and his A levels. We visited WT to discuss how they could help and enrolled him for 1 year. Sean and the team were fantastic, showing great kindness, care, skill and determination as my son re-sat Chemistry and took Maths from scratch in one year. Aside from just helping him to achieve his grades, his tutors and the team restored his confidence, self worth and passion for learning. There was also excellent support in university planning and applications. 12 months later and the two A grades he needed secured he is excited about starting university in a few weeks to read Chemistry.

Having our son do his A-levels with Westminster Tutors was the best thing we could have done! He obtained an A* doing an A-level in one year only from a standing start. The teaching quality was excellent - second to none, with plenty of feedback, focus on the key areas to improve and highly tailored revision. We have had personal tutors in other subjects before, but the structure and the organisation of the teaching with clarity on what is coming next and where to focus was a clear winner. The school has also been very helpful in university choices and UCAS application and the process ran very smoothly, resulting in the top choice universities. Think Tutors has been an absolutely invaluable asset to to my A-levels over the past two years. I have been tutored by James Mitchell in Geography, which has been nothing short of a pleasure week in week out due to his wide range of subject knowledge and very engaging and interesting teaching method. With the help of James I was able to achieve an A grade as my final grade, as well as an A* grade in my coursework (something which was not actually taken into official consideration in the final grade due to the COVID 19 outbreak thus changing the way grades were awarded).
