Luke is an Excellent tutor, he will not waste your time. Luke will ask you what your struggling to understand and will go over it in a common sense approach that you will UNDERSTAND! He is very patient and more importantly knows his subject matter throughly. He will ensure you understand before moving on to the next topic. I’ve had 3 hours tutoring so far and understood the concepts that I was struggling with. I wish I found him a lot sooner - it would have saved me hours of reading from books. Jamie is a really excellent maths tutor. He worked with my Year 6 boy who had very low confidence in his maths abilities, and had become really nervous about tackling sums. Jamie worked with him slowly and surely to rebuild his confidence and help him to enjoy maths. As a result, by the end of Year 6 he did well in his SATS, had a completely different attitude and much more confidence. He actually enjoyed the lessons as they were so much fun with Jamie. We can't recommend him highly enough.

I believe my son benefited from tutoring at Top Tutors in Roman road, in a very short period of time they managed to identify and fill the gaps in his knowledge which helped my son with passing the 11+ exam. I believe the tutors here are attentive and insightful, they prepare tasks based on each student’s individual level, they spare sufficient time to each student. My daughter attends this centre and she absolutely loves it. The brothers who teach her are amazing at what they do allahumma barik and she is always looking forward to going to class. It is also amazing that they have considered the homeschooling community and facilitated this for us during school times. If you are homeschooling and looking for somewhere to complement the work you do with your child or you want to test that your child is at the right level then this is a great place to come on Thursday at 1pm to 3pm as it is specifically for homeschooling families. They offer English, Maths and science.

I've been attending top tutors since late January. I'm currently getting 1 to 1 maths support with a tutor to help me with upcoming exams. I think the tutors are very skilled and have a good knowledge of how to help you with areas you are struggling with. Would recommend to anyone else who is struggling with their maths or even English. It's well worth the extra money for having the 1 to 1. I think all parents should go ahead and book an appointment to give their children a chance to get to where they want to go in life, this is going to help them.

I have now had two readings with Oephebia and they've both been excellent. Specific, down to earth, practical guidance delivered with intelligence, humour and compassion. This isn't superficial, reassuring 'fortune telling', so if that's what you want, I would advise going elsewhere. Oephebia engages very directly and skilfully with the issues you want to explore and isn't afraid of getting down to the nitty gritty of what might need to be addressed in order to move forwards in your life. I took the Awakening Tarot course with Oephebia and it was a truly transformational experience that I would recommend to anyone interested in deepening their connection with Tarot. Oephebia encouraged me to put down the books and tune in to my intuition. As well as getting to know each of the 78 cards more intimately the course also teaches you to listen to yourself. Doing weekly readings for myself guided by Oephebia allowed me to focus inwards and ask what I want, from the course, in my life and in my career - it was better than therapy! My daughter joined Year 4 after we relocated from Dublin. She had to move up a year, and the curriculum is more challenging than Ireland. She was really struggling but working with Chris has really helped her. He's helped diagnose and decide the areas to focus on that will make the most impact, in both Maths and English. Natalie has been a brilliant maths tutor to our daughter over this academic year. Natalie has a very calm, warm manner and takes time to plan engaging and well-paced lessons. Natalie took time to set manageable homework tasks and gave helpful feedback on my daughter’s progress and areas to focus on.
