My 12 year old son has recently started learning 121 with Minerva Tutors and in just a short space of time he has already gained more knowledge in each of the subjects he is learning thanks to the outstanding teaching of each of the tutors who really care about the individual learning needs and progress of the student. My son looks forward to each tuition and is gaining more and more confidence in his abilities and his motivation has been restored. It has been a great experience with Luke. The 11+ preparations are stressful indeed with lack of information on what to prepare for and Luke really takes it off our mind. He is very thorough during the classes, breaks down tough questions into easy to understand blocks and also during feedback allowing a clear picture of how the child is progressing. Luke is an Excellent tutor, he will not waste your time. Luke will ask you what your struggling to understand and will go over it in a common sense approach that you will UNDERSTAND! He is very patient and more importantly knows his subject matter throughly. He will ensure you understand before moving on to the next topic. I’ve had 3 hours tutoring so far and understood the concepts that I was struggling with. I wish I found him a lot sooner - it would have saved me hours of reading from books.
