Crystal have planned several events at my venue (The Norfolk Venue) and provide a very professional service with beautiful decor. All staff are very knowledgable in the industry and always go above and beyond for their clients. The best in the region.

My husband and I hired Crystal Events and Crystal Chauffeurs for our wedding and I'm so glad we did. From initial consultations, panicked messages from myself to the Crystal Events team late at night, trial runs and the big day it's self Samirah was there all the way makeing it all come together and keeping me calm! Kelly and team are amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and the finished product perfectly executed! A huge thank you to Zeleka and the team for all their help with our wedding day. From our first phone call Zeleka was kind, helpful, professional and informative and I knew we were in good hands. I toed and froed for a while about the need for wedding day coordination from a budget perspective and given we had a good venue booked, but it was honestly the best money we spent in the end and I'm so glad we went for TWC- I can’t imagine now how it would have gone without them and I would recommend to all who are a bit type A (!) and want to feel all eventualities are accounted for. The stress she alleviated in the lead up to the wedding by liasing with all suppliers was absolutely invaluable. As soon as I saw emails going through to our vendors one by one, a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders and I could focus on looking forward to my big day. And then the day came! My family and I attended a wedding in Sicily planned by Roberta Bucheri Events and it couldn’t have been more perfect. My partner and I choose Sian for “on-the-day” co-ordination for our Civil Partnership Reception. I had the time to do a lot of the party planning myself but very soon realised that I would need help in the run up to the reception and on the day. I am so glad I found Sian to do this for me. On Saturday I had the pleasure of working as the celebrant for Amy and Alex’s wedding, with Sian from Busy Brides Wedding Planners, and I must say what a joy it was. Prior to Amy and Alex’s wedding, Sian contacted me and other vendors, introducing herself and setting out detailed but easy to follow information about the day. She provided maps as to where to park, passes for the vendors for easy parking, and a schedule for the days event. Upon my arrival she took time away from her busy schedule to show me around and to introduce me to the venue staff who would coordinate the music. We had an informal briefing to ensure everyone was singing from the same hymn sheet with regards to entrance music, certificate signing and the bride and groom exiting the room. It was seamless!! Sian took the time to assist me with the positioning of the ceremony area for the best pictures and even took some pictures for me in preparation. The day ran so smoothly. I would highly recommend a thousand times! Mercedes decorated our wedding on the 27th July and did the upmost amazing job ever. The amount of times I changed things leading up to the wedding and she was so patient and understanding. The decor was exactly how I imagined it and had so many compliments from our guests. We already knew we wanted to use 4YaParty for our wedding reception (August 2024), due to them being an eco friendly/sustainable company, before we met Mercedes at a wedding fair. However, Mercedes' friendly and enthusiastic attitude confirmed our choice! Communication, via email, was excellent and viewing the venue with her really helped us to visualise the decorations. The decorations were reasonably priced, especially with a voucher from the wedding fair, and Mercedes even advised we didn't need so many ceiling decorations for the size of the venue - which saved us more money! We managed to catch Mercedes and her team packing up at the end of the evening, to thank them, and were amazed to find out it was her first wedding anniversary!! She really did go above and beyond to make our venue even more beautiful for our wedding day! We highly recommend using 4YaParty!

At relatively short notice Henry Bonas Ltd organised a fabulous 21st birthday party for my son at a central London venue. Gee organised it with great calm and care. Her experience with all the planning was invaluable and her presence with her colleague on the night meant the whole evening went extremely smoothly. Whilst expensive the final bill did reflect the cost estimates originally mentioned. Everybody enjoyed an evening to remember in a special venue. Having Gee there meant as hosts we didn’t have to worry about logistics at all, instead we could just enjoy the evening. I would highly recommend Henry Bonas!

Wow, what a night! Henry and his team delivered a truly memorable party. The attention to detail was brilliant and Henry really knows his stuff - from all the planning and picking and managing the best suppliers to running the night so it’s a seamless operation. The house looked superb and the garden looked magical. Henry is also an absolute pleasure to deal with and a real gentleman. I’m sure we could probably have had a decent party if we’d used a number of party planners, but it wouldn’t have been anywhere near as brilliant or special. I very much look forward to working together again.

Henry was helped with a number of events from a Christening to a dinner for 40 people. He never needs reminding of anything and can organise the whole event or simply provide staff. He is a delight to deal with and completely reassuring so that you can really enjoy your own event. He is the only person I would turn to when needing a party planned as I know he would remove stress and add a certain something to make it an event to remember.
